I've heard her doing commentary on the radio a few times, but today she sounded like a 15 year-old boy who had won a competition to commentate on that game.

Well maybe, what they Said was that during WC it should be a straight yellow because they do not want players to do the gesture all the time so referees should be extra hard.

But I dont know, only basing this om what they Said. Maybe you have a more in depht look into the referees direktives.
