Does anyone know why this commentator insists on saying Côte d'Ivoire instead of Ivory Coast? Guessing it's just some generic FIFA feed.

Edit: Turns out FIFA have asked all TV stations to refer to them as Côte d'Ivoire as the Ivorian government refuses to recognise any translation from French to another language.

I'd say it was more reminiscent of Redknapp football, which is ironic that Woy was apparently the complete opposite of him yet when it has come to it has adopted tactics not a million miles from the guy he saw off for the job. Not caring about organisation and work off the ball, leave men up the pitch, keep the game open and back individual quality to get the win... Who was in charge tonight?

I made countless posts here in the summer of 2012 that we should've gone for Honda as our Modric replacement. I even made a thread about it (http://www.spurscommunity.co.uk/ind...ould-be-our-1-target-to-replace-modric.89425/).

He played at CSKA as a deep lying playmaker, and he would've been a better fit for us than Dembele, as he can play a pass and obviously has goals in him.

Yep should've had a look as a fallback if we couldn't tie up moutinho but now with poch he wouldn't fit as I assume he wants the middle two to Be athletes.
