Says a lot that Fred was the one being booed by the Brazilian fans. If anything he was the one least responsible for that mess.

Yeah cos he's had such a great tournament. Frightened defences to bits.

btw the Brazilian crowd were booing all the players during the game and at half time. Fred was unfortunate the camera picked him out on the bench. They'd have booed any of them appearing on screen.

Paulinho must be wondering how his world has gone from Brazilian league champion, Copa libertadores winner, Club World Cup winner, Confederations Cup hero, and brand new 18 million signing to the PL to shellacking after shellacking cuminating in a world-historical embarrassment on his home turf.

Admittedly, this is the strife of a multi-million paid footballer who has just played in a Wrold Cup smi-final; but you wonder how many of them will recover from this.

This isn't a problem for Luiz, he can just be crap and point to the sky a lot and wave his arms and shirts around a lot for attention and still be valued at 50 million.

They were booing Fred everytime he touched the ball and were singling him out.

And to think, Brazil thought it had seen the last of embarrassing semi's when Pele discovered Viagra.

I know Brazil are bad, but seriously they can't be that bad. Anyone suspect game-fixing?

Brazil threw the World Cup semi final 1-7 on home soil? No I don't suspect anything lol, things like this happen in football when there's enough pressure.

Well all the professional models the Brazilian FA pays to tun up to games did a pretty good job of fake crying tonight.

On the same note, does anyone else think David Luiz's tears were a carefully orchestrated attempt to deflect public anger? He didn't start crying until 5 minutes after the full time whistle, couldn't give a shit about running 5 yards during the game, and stayed on the pitch on his own after the game to make sure he got filmed by as many cameras as possible to show how much he 'cares'.

A completely and utterly vile fraud of a footballer.

I think it's pretty far fetched to say that a man who has just seen the biggest honour of his career - captaining his team in a WC semi final turn into an epic humiliation is probably faking his tears.

He had the worst match of his life, but partly because he was trying way too hard to turn it around single handedly. He'd clearly lost his head and was all over the place. 'Couldn't give a shit' is not what I saw.

The way Thiago Silva shoved the press man away from Luiz as they left the pitch together showed he felt Luiz was in a state and needed protection from the media.

You may not like the man, but there's no need to lose all grip on reality.

Watch every goal back and you'll see one of the worst most inept performances from an international defender in WC history. Luiz. The rest simply let there heads drop, no leaders, no bottle.

:ROFLMAO:

Yeah Silva shoved the press man away - and 30 seconds later the press man was the one hugging Luiz in the middle of the pitch getting him filmed crying by all the cameras.

This is the man who laughed on camera while faking injury against United and then laughed again when the crowd saw him peeking and laughing through his fingers while clutching his face.

This is also the man who deliberately knocked out a 16 year old Brentford player in last year's FA Cup for Chelsea - he is an utter scumbag, and fraud and a vile person and footballer.

There's no need to let your love of his shit haircut make you lose all grip on reality.

You seem to be confusing using his elbows too much and feigning injury with caring about captaining his team to their most humiliating defeat. I'm not saying he's the nicest person on the pitch, although for most high profile footballers its possible to find some unpleasant indiscretions on the pitch. I just find it a very strange reaction to accusing him of faking tears given the circumstances. It smacks of fitting a narrative rather than the actual situation.
