What was Paulinho and Gustavo saying to each other in that post match huddle? Seemed like some arguing going on.

Our Marketing team contains 1 Brazilian female and 1 German female.
Brazilian apparently came into work this morning in tears, expecting a full on shit-storm from the German.
According to receptionist it has not been a nice environment in that office today!

I was at home watching and I called the police, 11 people got murdered out there on the pitch yesterday.
If I was the coach or a player in the Brazil side, I'd leave Brazil immediately and never show my face again.

If I cracked a joke that bad I'd leave this thread and never come back.

My funny rating is for you thinking Brazil could get to the final

Come on man, give me break, I was one game away. And Germany had hardly set the world alight until last nights train crash by Luiz and his blubbing crew.

Brazil have been lucky in pretty much each and every game though. Their squad is weak on paper and weaker in reality, they shouldn't have even got out the group but for some horrific refereeing. Germany haven't played particularly well but they haven't needed to, they've simply exerted themselves the necessary amount in each game and will do so again in the final :)

Brazil need to go back more to their traditional style when they had flair and be less European.

I don't know if that's entirely true. Brazil are tactically a bit hap hazard granted, not well managed, not brilliantly organised, have the shittest striker in the history of the world cup, were emotionally over hyped for every game, and were too Netmar centric but they have a bunch of very capable footballers, plenty of CL experience (winning in some cases) Championship winning experience in most cases, and had a tough group and in Mexico, Croatia, Chile and Columbia played some very tough opponents.

Until last night I thought Germany hadn't look very well managed, hadn't been looking very well balanced (and others had said the same) and hadn't looked very convincing against some pretty meh teams. They also play with a very cavalier spirit and when they had 4 CB's in defence made them a bit vulnerable.

For sure there are some good players in the Brazilian team, but I think the squad looked unbalanced. I agree that they have been poorly managed, especially when it comes to Scolari sticking to the same poor performers again and again, but they lacked any sort of flair for me. Their lack of any sort of goal threat seemed obvious from the start too, and as you mentioned, they were heavily reliant on Neymar. I was bemused as to how anyone suggested they'd beat Germany without him to be honest, let alone with him. Given their set of players, they might have been better suited to 3 at the back to be honest, then they could just let Marcelo and Alves run loose a bit.

As for Germany being unbalanced, I agree to an extent. I didn't like the teams Löw was putting out, and it was really frustrating to see him copying Guardiola and putting Lahm in midfield and Müller up front. Even though I don't think Klose has played particularly well since he's come back in, I think the balance in the last two games has looked a lot better, with Schweinsteiger and Khedira as a middle two and Kroos dropping in to help distribute. I think Germany have showed the signs of a team that will win the tournament to be honest, as they've never at any point looked like they were being outplayed. Even when Algeria were getting past the back line, Neuer was on to them before they could even get any shots off. I think Ghana has looked the trickiest game so far to be honest and I'm not sure if that was because of the Ghanian team or the approach Germany took combined with the heat, but I'm leaning towards the latter

YEEEEEES KLOOOOOOSEEEEEE

I know I'm supporting Brazil but I really wanted Klose to break the record.

What a weird thing to want.

Ronaldo was one of those players who kids grow up loving. He was pure power, skill and had outrageous ability. Klose is about the most boring, yet efficient player around. You'd love to have him in your side, but the guy is a bore. I'd much rather Ronaldo kept the record. o Fenomeno.

I see Neymar is now in the press crying about how he was almost paralysed.

For fuck sake Brazil grow a pair!

I've never had such a rapid turning against an international football team. I really hope Holland give them another thumping just to really upset them.
