think we say Argentina is a one man team.... Brazil just don't look the same without neymar

He agrees with you.

Yes in the final third, I agree he's made a few decent runs. But when the ball is transitioning from the back, he looks like he just can't be arsed.

Fair one although doG only knows what big Phil's instructions have been to him.

Whoscored:

Julio Cesar: 5.8
David Luiz: 5.0
Thiago Silva: 5.3

Cant say they are off there. All 3 have been shocking.

If Porto get Martins Indi for 8.5million euros (£6.8m) it will be an absolute steal. Can't we hijack the deal?

Ah, Brazil... Ponderously slow in midfield...crap defence....ineffective strikers and paulinho strolling around doing bugger all...somehow awfully familiar but I just can't put my finger on why...

I was commenting on him the other night. I haven't been majorly impressed with him this tournament tbh. Shows glimpses of potential and is a strong lad but I think he is quite rash at times. The other two centre backs have had better tournaments in my opinion.

You mean the Fernandinho single handedly responsible for 3 of the 5 first half goals Germany scored last game? That Fernandinho?

He made mistakes in that game definitely, but at least I've seen him have good games and he gets involved. Paulinho is literally a ghost most of the time. I tuned in at 12 mins and I didn't even realise he was on the pitch till about 25 mins in.

Hurts me to say it but we'll go nowhere if we're relying on him to be first choice in our midfield next season. If he's gonna be involved so little he needs to score 10-15 goals.
