It's gotta be worse than the eduardo challenge. That was a pretty shocking snap with some pointy bone shit going on but this one defies belief in terms of how the leg gets bent around. I tried to make my missus watch it but she wasn't keen.

Its loads worse than Eduardo's as he only broke the fibula and dislocated the ankle. It is comparable with david busst who had compound fractures to both the tibia and fibula and never played again.
