Is there any sign of Rocha, Gardner or (dare I ask) King coming back ? Kaboul's confidence is shot to pieces and worst still there are no alternatives. Not that I am a great fan of TG or RR but they have to be an improvement. Don't they ? Playing Chimbonda or Zokora out of position will not work. Worst still it is not just Kaboul. Dawson looks really shaky and Chimbonda is unpredictable. Bale would be much more effective if on the rare occasions he is not injured he played at LM in front of Lee . He is so much better going forward than defending ( as is the whole team ).
We look like we can concede at any time. Once Brum brought on a second striker I knew our 10 men and especially our paper thin defence and a midfield that parts like the Red Sea were in trouble. Only their lack of ambition stopped it happening earlier.
We have to be the worst team defensively in the Prem and that rings relegation alarm bells. We need to sign TWO central defenders in January and an agressive central midfielder.
In the meantime I just don't see any answers. Severe snowstorms for the rest of December so that our matches are cancelled until the transfer deadline is our best hope.

Whats to elaborate? We've conceded more goals than any other team in the history of the Premier League.

We've conceded a total of 806 goals in 594 games in the Premier League since its inception. Thats a full 21 goals more than Everton in roughly the same amount of games.

im still finding it hard to believe that we lost at home to birmingham city who had lost their previous 5 games in a row

we should have been on 17pts now 1pt behind west spam in 10th had defoe not fucked his pen and berba scored from 6 yards instead of hitting the post when we were 2-1 up. Instead we are 7pts

my aim to be in the top half by the turn of the year is now virtually impossible
