Sharks to play Blackhawks in western conf final. I'm nervous as the blackhawks had the sharks number in the regular season.

SJ Sharks made it through their 1st game vs the LA Kings. Hope they can do it again on Saturday.

Cannucks play Chicago tonight. Big game for the Blackhawks, they have turned over Vancouver before and only trail by 1 game. The Cannucks were very physical in the 1st game, unusual for them since they generally rely on the skills of the Sedin twins rather than the old brute force of Todd Bertuzzi. Still, it'll be a cracking game.

I was in Chicago last year when the Blackhawks won the Stanley Cup. I was in downtown and everybody went crazy, but I heard things were much wild by Wrigley Field. Nevertheless, it was great to be in Chicago for that night.

My Wings were bailed out by some Datsyuk magic yesterday, hopefully take a game in Phoenix and bring them back to Detroit to seal the series.

I have quite a few friends in Vancouver and they were convinced the Cannucks would win the Stanley cup this year. Could be ending sooner than they hoped.

Its nuts how the Cannucks have made such hard work of this round. But you have to respect the work Chicago have put in to stay in the fight

After last night I'm going to have to grovel to a girl. She's a Rangers fan so I've been taking the piss out of her team since Thursday. However, since then the Pens have been bloody awful. I think she put a curse on my team.

Canucks played amazing for 58 minutes, gave up a short handed goal with under two minutes left but won in OT because of sloppy play from Chicago.
