We are delighted to announce that we have reached agreement with Juventus for the permanent transfer of Yago Falqué.
The Spain Under-21 international originally joined the Club on a season-long loan from the Serie A side last August and has made a total of six appearances for us to date.
Yago will now join Championship leaders Southampton on loan for the remainder of the campaign to continue his development.

Interesting move this. He should have the quality to make an impression at Southampton, much like Taarabt did at QPR. I think he's more a team player than Taarabt so he could have a chance with us. Time will tell

that's good news that he signed and now playing on loan with saints will afford him time to play on the front foot

Have to say, he seems like a lad who just gets his head down and plays his game. Wondering how good he can actually be when he's given a decent chance. I can remember Harry saying good things about him.

Not bad had one touch today and clipped a beautiful ball over to the right wing where an eventual shot on goal was made

Spoke to a Southampton fan the other day. They apparently have a shortage of wingers and had to play a kid last week, so it seems as though he'll start quite a few games with them.

Soton can't get him involved but looks bright when he does get the ball looks class above

He looks a bit frustrated with how shit his teammates have been and how easily they're giving the ball away. Some of the passing has been really poor. I hope they try and find him more in the second half.
