Oh what could've been? If only he accepted our offer instead of sending Hoddle a letter saying "thank you". Rivaldo was a genius. One of the best players in my lifetime.

Agree totally Kishman the world was blessed with talent in our youth it would seem :wink:

Some great videos Casp. Batistuta, Romario, Rivaldo. All world-class footballers. How I wish any of them played for Spurs. Even Jay-jay Okacho got me excited. He was somebody you enjoyed watching and there's not many on them in the EPL atm.

Btw, what a shame about Denilson. He had so much talent. He got the world record transfer to Betis but then went downhill from there.

Yeah true about Denilson think he was more of a freestyler 1st pro footballer 2nd reminds me alot of Quaresma.What I love most about the guys above and the one below,all of them played at the same world-class level at not so world-class clubs aswell as at elite clubs like Barcelona.Either way sure does show the term legend is banded about abit to much these days imo.
