No worries. Put it this way, I watched the European Football Show on BT Sport and when they featured the Bundesliga, he would be coming up pretty much every weeky as having made a nice assist or usually scoring a brilliant goal. He's really making a name for himself.

I'm still gutted that we didn't sign Payet in the summer and I see him now playing brilliantly for West Ham and feel that we need another classy playmaker type and Malli would fit that mould.

Quick and clearly a good finisher in the box, but what's his passing range like?

Can he play off a wing and play others in when it suits, or is his passing game as restricted as his stats suggest?

Certain nationalities simply have hard time to settle in the EPL it seems, and Turkish playes comes under this category - unfortunately. Yes, there are always exceptions but I would prefer Spurs go for other targets.
That doesn't mean Malli isn't a quality player who will keep on getting better. There simply are certain nationalities I won't recommend Spurs to buy.
He's born and raised in Germany. I'm not sure where you're getting the idea that Turkish players struggle to settle anyway, the majority have done well (and there hasn't been that many). Alpay, Tugay, Emre, Tuncay Sanli all played some good stuff over here.

@erhieyid I'm guessing you think I'm referring to FIFA or FM stats?

I actually meant his stats for this year in the Bundesliga:

http://www.whoscored.com/Players/104919/Show/Yunus-Malli

1 assist all season, 27 passes per game, 1 cross every 10 matches, 1 long ball every second match, 1 through ball every 5 games, and still a passing percentage of just 73%.

Seems like his job is just to out run the line on the counter, and his highlights show the same thing. Good on him for being a second striker in the number 10 role, but he'd want to be better at it to go to the next level without anything else in his game.

We just have to disagree here. Apart from Emre none of them stood out. Sanli, fex, score 22 goals in 4 season, less than 6 goals a season.
There have been 13 Turkish player altogether. And there may be a good reason for why there haven't been more than that.

Tugay is considered a legend at Blackburn. But anyway, I didnt say they were all great players, point was that they all came over here and had no issues.
