If we're going to spend £20m for a striker, we could probably buy a better one from outside of England, since we wont have to deal with the whole english premium BS that English clubs put on players.

Out of interest, who?

I assume your joking?

PSG have said he can go. If there's one short-term player who can get you in the CL, it's Zlatan.

Quick Edit - As it seems necessary to spoon-feed these things to some, the second sentence is a "Zlatanism"

Not good enough for our manager I'm afraid

yep, zlatan does not score enough to justify not pressing with the team :oops:

fun idea to think he'd play for Spurs, but it ain't gonna happen,... not likely at minimum

I am not trying to be negative, but I am starting to get real George Graham feeling about Pochettino and his approach/tactics/man management style lately,... hoping this deja vu is wrong and Poch turns out to be wonderful

It wouldn't happen because the club wouldn't want to, rather than it being out of the realms of possibility.

We'd rather throw a pair of boots at Kevin Phillips :ROFLMAO:

Jut the small matter of the £225,000 a week wages then.

For a start, I doubt that he'd expect wages like that at his next club, he's 34 at the end of the transfer window. Milan have been linked, and there's no way they could afford to pay him that.

The point being made was that £15m not spent on the transfer could subsidise wages.

Did...did you just link to the freakin' Daily Mail as a source? Oh honey, no.

As I explained, purely because it's the first hit on Google. The tabloids have spoken about Zlatan all week, even Burlusconi has spoken about it. Zlatan's agent hasn't shut up about it all summer.

Yes, but agents often agitate. It's what they do. I haven't seen any decent sources saying he's off.

Because he's not off. He's still there. Are you expecting them to tell him he can leave via a TV advert?

Getting waaay off topic now.
