I'm taking it to be about both Willian and Leandro. If it was just sounding out Willian, then there would have been no need for the capital 'L'.
As for the second bit, I would suggest he says it heading towards fact rather than rumours, as in it is now a fact they are joining and not just rumoured they are joining.

As for AVB's comments, about strikers issue closed, maybe he's playing games with the media, or maybe he knows someone is already sorted... Either way, I'd be surprised if the window closed and we still had the same three strikers we did this morning.

I would guess at four out of the big pot, since the little pot holds no bank busting deals, and they would not likely even have to be in our 25 man PL squad. Leandro, Moutinho/M'Villa, Willian, maybe if there's enough cash left Lloris.
