He's not particularly good, strange pick up by Liverpool, probably just for depth in the development squads, won't make it in the premier league and our decision to release him was fine.

Good for their Development squad, maybe even a domestic cup - probably shows we have better players coming out of our acdemy than they do.
Reason I'd be keen to have kept him for another seasoon at Spurs is that we are short of defender bodies in development squad - but I guess that Veljkovicor Fryers will be the cover for the CB position if we need to utilise a development player in easier first team games.

Not at all. I mean that entirely. Townsend on the left only ran at 90 degrees while on the right covered the space in between that angle. Far too predictable on the left.
