Ye so this is why I said I would stick to away games. Sitting with tourists in block 38. Waste of money.

Haha, yeah, Levy's picking the team every week, that's the problem. :ROFLMAO:
Talk about making shit up hey... Did I say Levy was picking the team...? No

But I do believe Pooch does not have 100% complete control.

What was the ITK say last season with AVB, being told to play Ade?

Chiriches is really really bad. Gave away four needless corners today, one of which resulted in the goal . His positioning is piss poor, he can't win any battles and his decision making is terrible. I'd rather have Capoue play CB instead of him.

Well, if you're the same Bloodzeed who hawks illegal streams, I'm not entirely surprised your view of football is money orientated and what value you get out of it.

Without people like him and their "illegal streams" we'd have to wait until match of the day every weekend to watch us play while the usual clubs get their prime time slots on sky and bt sports. Or pay the ridiculous fees for having both channel packages when football is the only sport you're interested in. I also doubt he makes much money off of steaming, in fact it probably costs him more than he makes from donations and commission.

There are plenty of people who applaud your work bloodzeed, thanks for your service and long may it continue.

Maybe sherwood wasn't so bad after all
I know he couldn't deny it but at least he's calling it as it is...that's a good start.

So we have acknowledgement, but need to see an improvement, a big one in some respects as well.

That's not a good start whatsoever.

I run an amateur team on Saturday, and if my centre halve performed like Chiriches did first half - trying to take people on near his own corner flag - I would sub them immediately.

If Poch did that, or even waited until half time I would have had hope that Poch is the man.

But he isn't - he is the most clueless manager we have had in a long, long time.

Was actually thinking it would have made more sense to sub Lennon on for Vlad and push Capoue back to CB.....was a bit late at that moment and the damage was done already but Vlad was just shocking....

That was painful to watch. Brom wanted it far more. We really lacked pace and urgency. Brom put in a good shift, got numbers on the ball and did what we need to do next week at the Immigrants.

What we needed today was a winger like Townsend - but with an end product! Bale anyone ;)
Though MP should have got Lennon on at HT.

Players to actually give options and get into the box. Sorely missed in the compressed space we played in. Lamela tries, but he still needs players to pass to!

Eriksen really does need to get in the gym and strengthen those legs so he can really pop a ball in the box. Also, not sure about Lamela and Eriksen together at the moment, both weak and need age. I'd have Lamela for home games and Eriksen for away games.

Vlad is poor at this level and needs more Europa and League cup games - I actually think a loan in Jan for him to Burnley would be a great idea. And a good test to see if he's worth persevering with.

Kaboul captain - poor choice, but then apart from Lloris who is there?

With Ade off to the Orange Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2015, this Jan window will be decisive one, gotta get a striker in.

Positives, Dier, Chadli, Rose (yes Rose), Sigurdsson (oh yeah we missed him today).

Overall Man U today, Liverpool yesterday, ManC v Stoke. There's slip-ups everywhere. We need to keep ours to a minimum.

COYS!!!

There is so much wrong with this post it's not even funny

We looked very similar to the sherwood team last season in the last 3 matches. I'm not blaming poch for our performances he is trying to get the players to play a way that doesn't suit them.
Unless there is a big turnover in the playing staff in jan I can't see poch being here in next season.
Before the poch brigade attack me I think he is a good coach and IMO we should stick with him now he has been appointed and give him 2 full seasons but I doubt levy/Lewis/new owners will see it this way

I fear you are correct. I'm beginng to worry that nobody short of Sir Alex could do the business with this lot. I hope I'm wrong.
We still have a quality unit that isn't far off competing

The problem is we lack in a few key areas and lack a few telling attributes

We haven't spent our money wisely by in large and we've time and time again failed to address the most pressing areas our squad is lacking in

If we can sell the likes of Ade, Solado, Paulinho and one of the CM unit (and Chirches really) and get in a top level striker a dominant CM who could be the leader of the team and a quality CB to partner Verts we'd be a very strong unit

If we could then add one player with pace and power on top of goal scoring ability and creativity to play being the loan striker along side Erkisen and Lamela (with Chadli and others providing cover) we'd then have the best squad we could hope for

But We are a good 3 players away from being back to where we started - best case scenario we need that MS type CM, the Pacey creative LWF and an upgrade loan striker to be competitive (and that's hoping Fazio and or Dier quickly become the type of CB we require to allow Kaboul to become cover and Chirches to be sold)

Where are the goals going to come from? 1 shot on target today, 0 shots on target against partizan, numerous missed chances against sunderland. Apart from the two inept strikers, i don't think we have even enough goal threat in the team. More worrying is that it appears our squad is not really much better than that of swansea, hull, stoke, west ham etc

...I've actually told my son to tell his classmates he supports England instead.. Yes it's that bad!... Seriously Why no Vertonghen or Fazio? .. In all fairness though we didn't get Poch the key first choice players he wanted .. Daft really .. I mean Why even give him the job in the first place?. .. Our finances and expectations are better suited to a Redknapp style of older experienced players than trying to build something as we simply cannot finance it and don't have the time or patience. That said we may as well just stick with Poch now as the changes are making us a joke, so long as there's no brush with Relegation , might as well try let him try and build something over the next few years as we're not going anywhere else anytime soon. ....Nelson and Saha ...that will f**king haunt me forever.

Champion league team too.

Fuck you Levy, fuck you.

Let's hope that today was just a cunning plan to ease Veljkovic into the picture. If he is worse than our CBs today then he can FRO as well.

How bad was that? We created no chances, our movement was poor, our passing was dodgy and our back four looked so shaky, we were just poor today. It was a fair result in the end there is no denying it

I thought the subs were Awful, what was the point of leaving adebayor on the pitch? He was doing nothing, Atleast be a bit creative with the subs, bringing paulinho on for capoue? Why keep eriksen on he was also very poor, there was no point going 442

Disappointing game yet again

Being the positive person I am, I can actually see a few chinks of light after todays shambles. Surely fans cant keep blaming the manager. Likewise the team on the pitch. As an earlier poster commented, you get what you pay for. That only leaves the owners and the board for supporters to aim their anger at. I couldnt make todays game, but hopefully recent the rumblings against ENIC i`ve been detecting recently have taken a massive boost forward today. For those who still insist we`re making progress with Lewis and Levy, hopefully this is the wake up call you all need. Clouds and silver linings like.

Do you know how much West Brom cost? Or what about the mighty Leicester against the £400 million Utd side. Or Southampton who had the heart of their squad removed in the summer and brought in a new manager and built a new squad. Or Aston Villa who sit in the top 4 tonight. Or what about Liverpool who spent £100 million over the summer, that's going well too.

It's not all about the money. It's about player attitude, desire, passion, wanting the ball, wanting to win. Poch didn't send that lot out today to play like that. They just ignored and stuck two fingers up at him.

When you have a group of players who don't give a shit this is what happens.

Sherwood said after a bad result last season "some of those players will have forgotten by the time the get on the coach home". He was spot on. The likes of Adebayor won't give a toss 10 minutes after the whistle blows. That's modern footballers for you.

We had a better start under AVB I don`t see the improvement really. Was so disappointed in Poch today and not sure why Levi has gone for another inexperienced manager I know its early but I am not convinced..

Our team has no tempo and cutting edge teams know this and as a result teams will have have a go at us...

I been saying all summer we need better options up front.. Adebayor Kane and Soldado in my view not good enough to take us through the season without reinforcements.

Levi has not spent money in NET TERMS for 5 seasons!! what is the point of saving it all for the new stadium if we slip back into mid table mediocrity. We need to buy better quality who are ready now!!

Where are our players who run into the opposition box at pace and turn and commit defenders all our player just pass the ball then wait and watch. I want more forward running off the ball and better delivery from wide areas we are shocking..

Why do we play inverted wingers for nearly a whole game when its not working. Surely swap players over and tell them to get beat their man and get crosses in.

Our buying policy is questionable for example Lescott was FUCKING FREE and we piss about all summer trying to get Centre Backs from LA LIGA... Remy was availably after Liverpool passed on him.. Look how West Ham now have pace up front with Valencia and the difference it made against Liverpool yesterday.. Surely this is not Rocket Science if you have the budget we have and you are professional in your job..

People may think I am over reacting but West Brom totally outplayed us and deserved to win we could have lost 0-3 easily and that is not acceptable!

Yeouch! The damage Sherwood inflicted on the club will evidently take some time to undo.

Ade needs to be DROPPED. PERIOD.
Yeah, more pts per game than any other manager for Spurs in the PL.....what a bad manager. Adebayors return to the side coincided with our only period of good football last season. Just say you don't like him....that's OK....but don't talk rubbish out of spite.
