As long as you hire the right person, it's no biggie. When you consider some of the managers and players who've 'graced' our club over the last 20-odd years, it's clear that we've had the wrong people making key appointments.

I really dont get the big deal. The only player who you could say he identified was wimmer? All others, including Dier, were known talents.
Both seem to have this amazing reputation but none of us can decisively say what for.

Of course he is mate. Thats why in his stewardship we have been regular top 5-6 side for the past what 8 years? We have a state of the art trainibg complex and an amazing new stadium on the horizon!
Granted we havent won enough but we are being set for success. And apart from about 5 teams who has been massively succesfull over the last 20 years.
Like i said your very boring, your negativity is relentless, why cant you just enjoy our wonderful club.
Without Levy I dread to think where we would probably be. He is by no means perfect but is certainly a cut above most.

I honestly think our budding academy is cockblocking his skills and function in his role.
If we are filling potential gaps with the likes of Winks, Onomah, Edwards etc..
What is there left for him to do?
