I've been saying for years that on the whole, the majority of players at all clubs only care about their wages. Winning trophies is a distant second. It's why news of all our players wanting more money is of no surprise to me. People need to remember there's no loyalty in football except from the fans.

The few teams that pay the odd few players above our top only pay them few. Them teams overal wages are well below ours even with those players that get more.

2 solid seasons of factual progress, some of the youngest up and coming stars in the world and as soon as a faceless ITK (I'm not knocking ITK here) people start losing their shit. Seriously get over yourselves, we need to look at ourselves and realise there are 2-3 bigger clubs in our own league neverming the rest of the world. I for one am glad agents are pissed off if true, the sooner tighter regs are brought in the better.
This typical summer period has been going on with us for years, we seem to have 10 times as much ITK as most other clubs and again the vast majority of it is either false or never comes to pass so we really need to keep perspective. Again @Archibald&Crooks and @Rob I'm not knocking ITK I'm more knocking some people's response. I enjoy the thread as much as anyone so please don't block me lol *grovel, grovel*

Think you are a bitt off the mark. Haven't read anything today about anybody complaining about how the club has been run. People now are not worried about the past, but about whether or not we need to realign our present and immediate future plans and strategies with where we are actually at. We've seen some over-performance over the last 24 months, and people are getting worried about whether we are able to ride the wave or be swallowed by it.

People need to remember that a lot of ITK is opinion - there are lots of different opinions in the club, and lots of different opinions when this info gets passed on 2nd and 3rd hand. It's all a crap shoot really.

Totally agree with you in principal - but it's the professional jealousy angle I'm afraid. This or that guy earns twice as much as me and I think I'm a much better player than him. I deserve more. This distorts sense. Plus I can't dismiss the work of the agents in all this.

I do wonder when that interview with Dele came out and they asked about his bromanse with Dier, and he said they will stay friends wherever they were playing and people shat it on here that Dele might leave, maybe it was the other was around. If so, if one was going, then this is the better outcome should it happen

As per usual there's been little response to the follow up ITK saying positive things but the 1 negative piece of info is now set in stone as fact

Agreed, but their stadium is only (I know) about 300m, and they can expect more than 100m for Lukaku and Barkley. So it's a bit easier for them.

Unless i missed something the possitive was from Breezer, who knows Edwards fam and says he's actually all good. And the only other positive bit was that it isnt Kane or Dele we're selling?
