These last seasons we've been a dirty team, we played hard. Now we're the ones getting bullied late in the game.
Reason behind it is simple mate.......no poch pre season means we have NOT got the edge in the physical sense this season!

This is why you always have to get behind a player who wears the shirt. The slagging off of Sissoko remains one of the most embarassing things I have seen from our "fans" in recent years.I apologise to Sissoko for every time Ive slated him
Hes looking really really good, credit it to him, he really must have put in the work. Hes gone from looking like he plays for the Nags Head to looking like Yaya.
Well done lad.
Your question should be... was Kane playingFuck me I’m in bits!
Sissoko was channeling his inner Hoddle today, some lovely cross field passes to feet.
But, by Christ, this team puts years on you!
Was Kane subbed off at half time?
Moss was an absolute disgrace.. how could he pull the play back that Kane foul on Townsend when the lattet had already regained his balance and composure to continue play..
Hennessey didn't show himself up at all, full credit to him, he was sharp tonight. Palace worked really hard but surely if any club can feel that pain of every shot straight into the keeper, a fraction wide or blocked, over and over again, it's us - we've been there, I do feel sorry for them, but I'm glad for the points.
Foyth looks like he really enjoyed himself, Lamela was stoked for him when he scored, but I'm starting to wonder if for all the benefits Lucas brings to the team, he's also the reason Kane isn't getting so much time on the ball. He's getting into the spaces Kane used to appear in, popping up out wide and running the ball across the box, Kane seems much more central now and is having way less influence on what's going on around him.
My wife told me to calm down, because when she asked me if the match had ended I couldn't answer as I was trying not to retch. It was in the third minute of extra time.Fuck me I’m in bits!

Saw a stat that said Zaha has never scored or assisted against us. (not sure if all competitions or at home/away)
I could have told you Aurier is shit at crossing a ball before this game even started though.

Unless a player openly disrespects the club he deserves our support. And that applies to Sissoko as much as the latest hate figures like Trippier, Dier, Davies and Llorente.
I know me too, just puts into perspective when people shit themselves about Trippier/Davies etc having to play against the mighty Zaha.Regardless every game is different and I still think we would have seen a better Palace team had he been playing today. But hey, I'm not here to argue how Palace may have won under different circumstances, I'm just happy we won
I thought this was going to be a tough match for him - smaller pitch and less room to run - but he played very well, and very composed when we needed it.Another solid game for Sissoko again fair play to the guy.
I want to be diplomatic, I don't dislike Aurier as a player and I don't have any agenda against him or anything, I actually thought he played pretty well today, but in lack of a better way to put it, if you're going to fight about him I do think his crossing ability is the wrong hill to die on.lol Fuck me, I'm done

Sissoko has been streaky for his whole career. He depends on his confidence being at its highest in order to play. He's had lengthy runs of being a real asset for nearly every team he has played for (except Newcastle), but then his confidence or his fitness will take a knock and it takes him up to a season or two to get himself back together again. This is why you always have to get behind a player who wears the shirt.
