Championship clubs can loan 4(i think, as long as 2 are U23) players from the one club.

We should be hitting Fulham and Leeds up (if Bielsa stays)

I just don’t see Roles happening. He’s already nearly 20.5 didn’t get a sniff of the senior squad last season despite scoring quite a few ( unless that was contract related). Even when we were massively depleted with numbers he didn’t even get near the bench. And in reality he’s competing with Son dele moura lamela eriksen ? For a start. I might be wrong but even KWP whose been involved in the squad in a area of weakness has barely had a chance so it’s hard to it happening for Roles imo.

I think Ccv is a level above. He’s played regularly in the championship, is a senior international for a half decent country and has made senior appearances for us.

Jack's ceiling is far higher in my opinion. CCV benefited from his physical advantage and his real level has been found. Jack is the opposite story as he's physically maturing now and his skill set is shining through.

I don't question your logic here but i think this is a wait and see situation still. Mason had a harder time coming through due to injury and eventually got a chance much later than he probably should have. Coming back to the team after a (hopefully productive) loan at the age of 21-22 is still decent and if he can then use that experience to step up again, we'll see.

Worst case is that we turn another dev prospect into a return which is a great model to work from.

How good is he at the moment, league 2 or 1 loan
Only seen him play once live - checkatrade trophy at league 1 Oxford United for the U23's where I thought he was head and shoulders above the rest in our team and one of the best players on the pitch overall. Has a definite touch of class about him.
Needs a loan to the championship, as league 1 is below him if he wants to progress - not going to get much game time for a team pushing for promotion, but maybe somewhere like Millwall might be a good move for him for a season.

They played a strong team that night and beat us 3-0. It was men against boys to a certain extent (especially at set pieces where two of the goals came from). Roles had a good game, was always looking for the ball and also hit the post in the second half. He was the only player from our team that night who I think will make a name for himself - if not with us somewhere else. I was very disappointed with the likes of Sterling and Oakley-Booth, given their reputations.

I take your point but he hasn't played a proper game of football in his life. I can envisage a Kyle Walker scenario with a league one loan till December and then a Championship club takes a punt in Jan.

When I spoke to some scouts at MK I mentioned him and they said they was monitoring him for a loan if he signed a new contract at spurs.

Although they thought he would go to a higher level than them at league 1.

This was a couple weeks ago

Guess we will have to wait and see - I can't see what he would gain from a league 1 loan. It can be hoof and hope style football.
