I do miss his regular updates about the new WHL construction to be fair. Parked outside the stadium videoing on his phone to let us know the new lighting had been installed! Getting nostalgic now

That's an interesting question that I never considered. I don't see UEFA having to consider it anytime soon though either. Honestly no idea. I assume a player that came up through your own academy is exempt but can't swear to it.

This seems to be the classic, we tried our very best to get as much as possible, but we lost out to the cruel machine that is the global transfer market. I do hope this is all post-deal posturing and that we have this very talented young player in lily white very soon!

I presume Rosario would be due percentage of any fee that PSG get for Lo celso
