Ajax have lost at least two of their best players though.
True, and I think they are a bit weaker all-round for it.
Come the business end of the group matches they might have a bit more than Chelsea tho'.

If this is correct I'm more than happy to be going away to Bayern last. Hopefully we'll have qualification sewn up by then and not be shitting ourselves for 90 minutes like at the Nou Camp.
Beat them in the Audi Cup Final mate, can't get any more embarrassing for them than that.We still owe Bayern for them losing to Chelsea in the final. I hope we fucking batter them.
So no ones planning on going to Serbia? ?
My uncle did in 72/73. There were scuffles in Republic Square. Nothing major.
He did say they had fucking mental supporters but the local Brass were a cut above the lasses in Kings Cross and Soho back in the day. I’d fancy nothing’s changed except the locals have moved to Bayswater or Edgeware Rd. I am out of touch with the trade in London Town. You don’t have to travel far to meet a Dinamo Lokomotiv naughty girl these days. I’d imagine there’s enough brass nails within a 10 minute drive of Seven Sisters.
I miss the plundering of goals and knickers in Eastern Europe in my youth. Over to you young lads to carry the flag. Do us proud you ****s
Well some Bayern forums have threads with over 1 thousand pages on Kovac (since April 2018)... how many of those posts/pages are regarding him being the issue I wouldn't like to guess, but I can tell you that for long periods last season he was not well liked by fans and it was seen as somewhat of a surprise that he was still in charge by the end of the season (re-claiming the title helped).Does the best Bayern supporter message board on the internet have a 100+ page thread on whether or not Kovac is the issue? Just curious.
Mate you haven’t been on a European tour unless you’ve tasted the local fare nudge wink, drunk yourself stupid, been in a faux handbags stand off with the oppo trying to decipher swear words screamed at you by equally drunk individuals in a foreign language, got chased down streets you’ve never seen before and then got your wind back for a chaser or three but got so hammered a second time that you missed your flight back with your mates. Happy days.
I remember going to watch Spurs v Bayern in the 83/84 season. Won 2-0, (2-1 on aggregate) Archibald and Falco scored the goals. Happy days!
I was out there as well. In fact I only missed two games that season. Leicester at home and Drogheda away. No Easy Jet in those days. If only we had an Archibald up front now.
