I'd imagine Bayern would not have pulled the pin on Kovac if they hadn't already made contact with his successor. Pochettino more than likely doesn't fall into that bracket.

Or to play devils advocate, the reason Poch has become even more laid back despite the results is because he knows Bayern are willing to offer him a way out.

Yes, but a formation with motivated players shouldn't be too hard. Lo Celso and Sessegnon must be motivated. Son is still motivated I guess, plus plus. It's not rocket science and deep psychological science to sort that out. But, for Poch it apparantly is. Lamela, was he suspended? Guess he is motivated.

I have to also add, that if we’re getting rid of Poch, along with a new manager, I’d like to get in the recruitment and scouting team from Leicester!

The worst thing is that most of the players signed by Leicester were on our radar (according to reports)

How can anyone still defend him?

It surely must be clear to even the most ardent Poch fan that he isn’t turning this around.

His post match comments nearly as embarrassing as the performances. We played well against a very good side? LOL. He’s deluded.

This isn’t about Eriksen being utter shit and leaving him on for another 90. That’s bad enough but it’s about the utter deterioration in performance of every single player. It’s toxic and it’s infested the whole squad. The only way out of this is a change of manager.

Top 4 is gone. At the moment we face a fight to get to 35 points.

You are totally right. But who do we blame for that? The board seem unwilling to compromise in order to get players out when the time is deemed right by the manager - this is a real inhibitor to success. However, we hear many stories of Poch refusing players and potentially making the challenge harder for himself by saying he’ll work with players who he clearly doesn’t trust...

Who do you think is to blame for that? Poch wants a plush proven sofa that can take us to the next level instead he has been told he can only have a fucking wooden stool that has the potential to become a sofa one day, oh and when/if it ever becomes a sofa, it will be cashed in on for profit!

Fuck all chance of Bayern going for Poch, why would they want a manager they witnessed first hand completely capitulate just weeks ago.

Cannot understand this Mourinho talk. He's not produced anything of value for years now. We know Allegri is in the wings waiting for a job somewhere, and is has been reported he's learning English. Would without any doubt be my number 1 pick.

If you say 2 trophies and a final in his last 2 full seasons as manager as being nothing of value then you have very high standards. Allegri has suggested he wants a full year off. Not sure we can wait until the end of the season.

Back to this one again?
It's a legit question imo. If Poch stays we are looking at what are currently 5 starting XI players either out of contact or wanting out. No CL could very easily see another 2-3 big players wanting to leave.

I'ts my opinion(educationally informed)new contracts would be strongly considered by certain players if Poch was to go. This is info I received a good while ago(and have posted it) and as far as I'm aware that is still the case.

In all honesty from the little bits I've heard recently things arent getting any worse behind the scenes. Problem is they aren't really improving either.

How long do we wait unfortunately? We all know it’s going to only get worse. I love poch and desperately want him to turn things round but in playing eriksen repeatedly as well as useless formations again and again he’s got no defence. We took the piss out of ole for being out of his depth but fuck me we’re imploding at an alarming rate and are in serious trouble.
