While the competition was weak, he certainly picked the right 11 and put them in the right spots. They played patiently but were able to penetrate the parked bus. I hope he learned something from this.
I think you underestimate how difficult playing at that stadium is.

Always rated him.

?

Main problems I've had he answered tonight. I was looking for a change and with some new blood and a tweak in tactics I got what I was looking for to ease my mind a bit. I just hope that line of thought continues now and he doesn't fall back to the same turgid players that have brought us to a grinding halt.

No, congratulations will be if he plays the same team against sheff Utd rather than bringing Eriksen etc back in.
He’ll have to rotate again. A lot of players got some time under their belts after playing very little. He’s easing players in despite being under pressure and with the Christmas fixtures around the corner everyone will need to be up to speed. Without getting too far ahead of ourselves a last 16 spot is within sight. A strong December can see us back in the chasing pack for a top 4 spot. Don’t need to blow that all now by throwing everything we have against Sheffield United.

Sorry but it’s Because he’s ‘got it right’ before then fucked about with the line up and formation, @Trix @ValenciaYid will attest to that, we’ve been banging on about it for ages. Yes sure we did well tonight and the team worked well BUT the key here is can he now keep that same team and start them against Sheffield United or does he revert back to type and bring back in Eriksen, winks, aurier etc.

lets see.
Agree with all of that, but we can still congratulate him. Tonight has happened and happened very well.

Sheffield Utd hasn’t yet, lets all just try and focus on the posi

Please please please let this be the catalyst for us and Poch. I’ve been vocal in my opinion that his time was up but nothing would make me happier than to be wrong and see us kick on again. COYS!

So you can't congratulate him on a good win tonight which most likely has seen us through to the knockout stage? At least you aren't hiding your agenda driven comments I guess.

Did Eriksen not score tonight? Must have been in my head.

What if Eriksen plays at the weekend and we win? Will you congratulate him then?

Look you know he's gonna rotate, that's what he does...we just need to get used to it. No point being negative and ritcheous, do it when we lose

We HAVE to continue with this winning side! Confidence and all that. International brake after Saturday. That is where I personally believe we went wrong when we won 5-0 at hike. Need to build momentum, and team confidence. You cannot just go and change anything for Saturday.

A sensible post on SC immediately after a match? If that's not a sign that we've turned a corner I don't know what is!

Now he has to stick with the players that won us the game today & not chop & change like he always does, NDombele & GLC have to start & Eriksen shouldn't

Surely Poch can work out that he needs to forget about Toby, Eriksen, Verts, Rose, Aurier, Wanayama and anyone else who won’t be here next season. Dier and Sanchez can build a strong CB partnership that will last for years. Lo Celso and Ndombele are our best midfielders, he must realise Winks and Sissoko does not work as a pair. Even Lloris should not get back in easily... Gazza has been really good. Grow some balls Poch and regenerate this team! Sessegnon, Lamela, Son, Kane, Dele, Lo Celso, Parrot ... we have attacking options, we don’t need Eriksen!

BT just said Poch hasn’t played the same team in consecutive games for 93 matches (February 2018). Wow. They’ll definitely be changed for Saturday then!
