JJ has pretty muched confirmed this on Twitter this morning, How people don't understand this yet really baffles me.
ENIC are an investment company, it's business people!

100% this, I'm 49 years old and have supported this club since I was 5 years old.
This manager is by far the best we have had at this club in all of that 45 years.
The past 4 years being a Spurs fan has been superb and to see so called supporters of the club talking about Poch with such disrespect and haste has really started me questioning our supporter base and whether I want to be a part of it any more.

Just remember 1 name, Alan Curbishley.

For those not on Twitter can you post What JJ said? Been thinking he has been very quiet recently.

Basically just agreeing with someone that Levy is as much to blame as Poch and that all the blame shouldn't be apportioned to him as hes been working with one hand tied behind his back. And that he shouldn't be sacked

Not questioning JJ but he said we'd be strong this season. And as you say, hes been very quiet recently. Find it odd.

Reflecting on the game this morning I’m actually amazed there are still some people defending Poch. How can they not see the complete lack of effort from the players yesterday? They are not playing for Poch, he’s done, move on. We were actually standing off the United players yesterday, just look at how they orchestrated their attacks, we just stood there and let them pass around us.

I was at the game and it was actually mind boggling how pathetic our effort was. There was a lot to be worried about but Kane looked really disinterested and miles away from the player he used to be. He looked like a player who wanted out. I couldn’t blame him. You can see the squad is toxic.

Honestly I just can’t fathom some fans loyalty to Poch. He isn’t your best mate, he doesn’t even know who you are, he literally couldn’t give a shit about you. Wake up and look at the evidence before you, he isn’t turning this around. He’s done.

Anyone blaming ENIC and Levy for this mess is crazy. They aren’t perfect of course but they backed Poch in the summer, we’ve had countless stories for years that Poch is too stubborn with signings. He’s the problem. The mess is on the pitch not in the boardroom. Look at Kane and how he’s playing and ask yourself how on earth it’s got this bad. Look at results and performances and form. And you still want to defend Poch? Pathetic. If Levy let’s this continue much longer we may even lose our talisman to another club. Poch is destroying our club. Get him out ffs.

Not sure I’ve got this right, do you not think Pochettino can be defended anymore?

48 mate but prob same school year.

So tell me, you think this last year is acceptable ? The football, the results, the tactics, the gibberish, changing team game after game, the contradictory messages, the comments about leaving before the CL final ? Was that respectful ?

I agree comments on Poch being a great manager but when is enough is enough ? The bloke looks tired and worn out.

12th with these players ? Do me a favour.

I support THFC not any manager or player

I’d say the current blame is 75% Pochettino if you can put a number on it which obviously Is hypothesising a bit. We’ve led 4 games to the 70th minute and failed to win ( ok 1 had a red card) but in each game we made a negative type sub and tried to sit on a lead and then also failed to respond when pegged back. There’s just so so many damming stats it’s impossible to defend him or shift the blame.

Jj soundings also make no sense. Is he saying we built a £1.2bn stadium to remain the same club ? Levy didn’t have to build the stadium. He could have just pottered along as we were and made some very tidy money. And we effectively broke our transfer budget twice this summer and bought a 19 yr old for £30m. So even in our 1st season the change is clear and obvious.

We had the whole week to prepare for Everton while they played Watford midweek. Still outclassed and outworked all over the pitch.

Poch seems very prescriptive in terms of who he will sign but I don't understand why the scouts don't seem to be identifying more targets given the number of leagues out there to choose from. It always seems to be such a narrow list of player targets.

The real interesting thing will be January.

Will signings be made as part of the 'rebuild'?

If not, then that's when we'll know if we should have got rid because Poch isn't coaching or tactically managing his way out of this mess.

So depressing to think we were on a similar level to Liverpool just 2-3 years ago. They showed the ambition to strengthen their weak areas, we sat on our hands and are now seeing the inevitable result. Just depressing.

Best Manager we have had since Burkinshaw yet so many want rid. I despair.

I actually find this offensive.

This is not a few months, it’s a year of awful football, gibberish, tactics and bizarre comments.

The guy is paid £8.5m a year (imagine earning that) to get results and play decent football NOW. People on £25k are paying those ridiculous ticket prices so when does he become accountable ? No one is asking for us to be top of league. But 12th ? I reckon 6th and positive signs and everyone would be happy.

The spurs support has been loyal imo

Thanks for posting jjs reply’s. I do agree with him reference a Levy being to blame as much as Potch, still think his reputation and Messing around in the transfer market Over his time at the club is a real hindrance. What ever happens with Potch situation the next two transfer windows are going be massive for Levy/Enic. It is clear we are going to need to invest massively in the squad..are they going to do that?? If not we really do risk tumbling out of top 6 and being champions league team. If that happens how can he continue to justify his massive salary and more importantly how can he justify charging us fans the highest ticket prices in the league...

We've been punching above our weight for a few seasons now.

The board have been preoccupied by infrastructure projects that run well over time.

We are transitioning as the manager clearly stated before the season started it would be painful.

Can I take the pain?

Yes

It is. And what's even more depressing is that Poch thought we couldn't improve on it

Look at Leicster when we played them. We went 2-0 up but VAR disallowed the goal and it gave them a kick it needed to go on and win the game. Yesterday we were given a life line by VAR, similar to that of Leicester. We didn't use it. We showed nothing. Absolutely nothing. Its baffling that people still think he can turn this around.

that is because teams are going out their way to stop us playing how we like. with Sheff U they played like they do every week, we just don't have the players that are fresh, and passionate. He did what we all wanted today, he never played Eriksen, and all the outfield players that started played on Wednesday, got home early hours on Thursday and played today their 3rd game in 6 days for some of them, while Sheff Utd had a whole week to prepare and be ready to go
How dare teams stop us from beating them lighty just not cricket.
