And he's now out with a hamstring injury.. Wonder when he will be back now. Almost every season just when he peaking he will be injured. ?

It says he's receiving treatment... not sure if that's good or bad in terms of when to expect him back. My semi uneducated guess is about 6 weeks from now.

It's usually in and around this period where he picks up an injury and won't reappear until the back end of the season...

Reading this article about hamstring injuries, Erik Lamela could be out from just a few days to several months. I hope they at least give us an indication of what to expect before our next CL game.

Oh Erik, our broken prince. I really hope you make it back soon. Love you forever.

It's so frustrating for us so must be absolutely infuriating for Erik that he starts seasons so well and then out of nowhere he gets a mysterious injury that leaves him out for a long time.

Really need his character on the pitch at the moment.

Wonder what update on him is?

My Lordy he is injury prone, maybe it’s due to how much passion and commitment he plays with.

Lamela under Mourinho? (or any other manager that is not Pochettino).

Discuss, future or not?

Actually think it's a great fit. Mourinho seems to like this type of player. So I wouldn't be too worried about Coco's future - definitely think he'll play a role moving forward.

This guy will be one of the first out the door under Mourinho. Absolutely no point keeping a player who cannot contribute. Harsh but true.

You don't really need to be Nostradamus to predict Lamela might suffer an injury or two every season.

A new manager might bring him a bit of injury luck though.

People* also don't really need to rush into player threads to predict their downfall. So needlessly negative.

*not you.
