Wondered how long it would be before the fucking turncoats had the knives out for Jose. How about getting behind the bloke. Ffs.
You can be behind him and still criticise his decision if you don't agree with them. This is a discussion forum after all, not a cheerleading one.

Reinforcement at LB, new 1st choice goalie, Alderweireld, Winks and Sissoko sold and improvements bought. That's my early assessments of what Mourinho needs.

This has gotten me worried to be honest. And not because of Mourinho but a performance of today's makes me think it's not just a new set of instructions that this team news, the problem is deeper rooted and we need a lot of surgery.

I do think the sooner we get better ball players in like Ndombele and Lo Celso over Winks and Sissoko the better though, of course as well as a DM. Establishing a controlling central midfield has to be number one priority for me, even over fullbacks.

The loss was squarely down to 2 individual fuck ups, none of which were Jose's doing.

None of the mistakes, but he absolutely should have approached the game differently.

Embarrassing to lose against the most predictable manager in the league.

4 games in 2 weeks and he's being turned on? Anybody questioning him because of this is clueless
Haha. Was just about to say they're only joking but having a read, yeah. Remarkable.

It's what made Poch leaving so painful. It was obvious that he wasn't the sole and only problem, or even the biggest one. And yet something seemed broken so badly that it couldn't be fixed between him and the club at the end.

But whoever the new guy was going to be had a job on their hands, balancing trying to get a clearly talented squad performing to an acceptable level whilst figuring out who exactly needed ruthlessly jettisoning from the club.

Rather similar to the overall circs when Poch came in.

It’s the first time he got it wrong tonight but I think his hands are tied as he doesn’t have any other options

Dier isn’t fit
N’dombele also doesn’t look at fitness levels to play two in quick succession
Skipp is too young
Davies injured
Rose is awful
Wanyama is not a footballer anymore.
Eriksen heads in the clouds
Lo celso well fuck me don’t know what he is.

So he’s forced to play winks and sissoko

I'd argue Dier and Ndombele are fit enough to start and play 60 mins.

As he's said, it'll take time to change the way we play. We're still nearer a Poch team at the moment, and they were more confident and up for it.

Dele is on form, but Kane may as well not have been on the pitch, as per a few others. That needs addressing in the long term, and I'm sure we'll work something out with the setup

Mourinho not starting Lo Celso & Ndombele was a fuck up in itself.
In hindsight that's fine. But people are assuming the result would have been different with them starting?

Skipp would have done a better job sitting in front of the back 4 than any of those out there tonight.

He's got to give the players a chance to show their worth and tonight quite a few showed that they offer very little. Sissoko, Winks and Sanchez were very average and caused more problems between them than the rest.
