Never heard of this guy but holy crap with a name like that, he absolutely needs to make it. The content writes itself.bench debut for Cassanova!!!
Last time I was there I turned the wrong way out of the stadium and walked away from the station. Almost missed my train. Dreadful match as well but nice stadium and friendly people. I'd go again.View attachment 60955
I think Edgar Davids ran from the halfway line and scored last time I was here

Seems like a decent lineup, interesting though that we didn't field a whole squad, and included 2 GKs on the bench. Why is that?
Any excuse to bring out the 9-1 What a crazy game that was.I was there for that one as well. That was at the Lane though.
I travelled back from the game with two Wigan fans, still haven’t let them forget it.Any excuse to bring out the 9-1 What a crazy game that was.
No, it's because "He shall not pass!"Is he nicknamed the wizard coz he wishes it was christmas every day?
Wouldn’t be surprised if Gelhardt makes it into the Wigan first team in the near future.
Didn’t realise he’d got that many games. Reminds me of Shaqiri from a distance.he's kind of already there - 9 appearances this season.
seen him a few times for england and he's a good player, doesn't look like a footballer at all though for the reasons you said.
Gelhardt is apparently one to watch. England youth international i'm pretty sure.Game is very condensed at the minute, both sides pushed up, very little space. Home ref so far, never a free kick. 1-0 Wigan
Luis Binks impressive and commanding at the back.
Joel Gelhardt looks lively for Wigan, a little bit stocky / top heavy though.
