Who’s throwing him under a bus?How can we demand loyalty from our players, when we throw them under the bus as soon as they underperform?
Dele is a Spurs-player, and I hope he is for many years - he has loads to offer us still.

I'm so happy we've got Dele Alli his potential is still crazy he hasn't reached his peak. When I hear people say Dele slows our attack down, it does make me laugh when we have CB's that don't move the ball quickly enough from the back.
Back to Grealish. I'd be more than willing to break our transfer record for him and can see both Grealish and Alli combining well in most formations
That’s probably all he has contributed the last 4 games to be fair.Did I imagine an absolute magic touch, run and through ball from Dele to put Moura through one on one with Foster yesterday?

I thought when he renewed in the summer (as his contract was expiring) he insisted on a ridiculously low release clause
Pls watch our CB again yes Toby can hit a long diagonal pass that can lead to an attack but more likely leads to a turn over.Toby is one of the best passing centre backs around - he can turn defence into attack in a second ? I don't think you can blame our CB's for slowing our attack down.
The problem is in midfield.

Attacks start from the back, defence starts from the front...I thought that was common knowledge.Maybe but point still stands - blaming our CBs for our attacks slowing down seems strange. It’s not their job.

Every player is coming under scrutiny at Spurs even Harry Kane gets killed by our own supporters ie we're a better team without him his slow etc..but to me Dele Alli is under immense scrutiny and being accused for things that are just not true.I am not fully advocating dumping Dele. I mean I would love for him to recapture the magic. However, I can't agree with this narrative. It's not throwing him under the bus the second, or even the year he's started to underperform. He's been like this for a solid 2 years now, and his form is getting worse if anything and he is getting frustrated. Outside of chipping in with a decent goal here and there and the odd glimpse of the old days, we haven't seen a peep from him. I was hopeful when Jose first came in, but that renewed spark fell right off a cliff. I was and still am giving him time, due to him being young and giving us so much for his first couple of seasons, as well as the team generally going through some rocky times. But yeah, there's limits to this, and in the end if he keeps going on this trajectory, we will be left with a shell of the player he once was with no real value. It might be a move that's best for both parties ... though again, i'd rather he stayed with us and started playing football again.
As for Grealish, I did want him the summer we were linked. To think we could have snapped both him and Maddison up without too much of a fuss if we really wanted to. Goodness me.
That was a thing of beauty and I'm surprised that more wasn't made of it.Did I imagine an absolute magic touch, run and through ball from Dele to put Moura through one on one with Foster yesterday?

Other players are always desirable....Kyle Walker was useless at Tottenham if you listen to the mass
The fuck gristleThat was a thing of beauty and I'm surprised that more wasn't made of it.
Oh wait... It's because Dele has become the new Jenas on here.
You certainly come up with some creative and funky adjectives. The fuck gristle

I'll concede that Alli might not be playing to his usual standard of late, but a couple of points if I may.
Firstly, maybe he is not as productive as his role has changed somewhat post Wanyama and Dembele's exclusion. Maybe asked to do a bit more defensively.
Secondly, whilst I agree stats can be manipulated to fit one's argument...Alli averaged a goal or assist in every 2.5 games in all comps last season.
This season he currently sits at a goal or assist in every 2.4 games in all comps.
These are not shabby returns by any means, yes a few purple patches, but feck me, go back and look at his record since he broke into the first team and remind yourselves what he's given, and for so little outlay.
You'll be lucky to replace a homegrown, at that age, with his returns for under £80 million I'd suggest.
Wonder why.
Embrace the fact he's at Spurs.
Quality signing... quality player.
Same goals/assists stats as James Maddison this season in 5 less games. Useless prick. The

Less games and with far less quality around him.Maybe one assist less in premier league. But other than that, yep pretty much identical to Maddison in the league, but 5 less games.
