And Firmino has been brilliant so that's not really an excuse is it. They don't need to replace Firmino whatsoever, and there's no guarantee he would, but guess what, they want to keep and add to a winning team..He'd be competing with Firmino and Origi, not Salah and Mane. He played LW when he was younger but has shown to be far superior as a striker. Anyone buying him to play on the wings would be wasting their money.
Actual big clubs that win things tend to have more than one striker, and even then the fact he could play on the wing is an added bonus.
