I'm glad this appears to be over and done with. I'm glad we got a fee for him instead of him going on a free in the Summer.
That is genius

It's a shame it had to end this way tbh. Ok he wanted to leave, the love was gone (which I think is the case for most of them after last season). But I would have liked him to do a Ramsey, and give it one last good season, before leaving with a solid send off on free in the summer.
For me though, he's been our best pure footballer since Modric left, and therefore one of the best in the last 30 years of the club. I'll always welcome him back for legends games and the like.

Yeah I’m massively surprised. Apparently inter are paying him £260k a week though so that probably smoothed things over for him.
He could have had Madrid or Barca but i stead chose to mail it in for 12 months including the final. His own fault. Between spouting off to the press before and after the summer and the lack of effort he put in the last year, hes deserved the sideways stepA bit of a sideways step was it worth running his contract down for.

And to work with Conte's wig maker...Really? Wow. But he just wants a change of scenery
The interesting thing for me here, is that having run his contract down so far, he wouldn’t wait 6 more months and bank a huge signing on bonus as a transfer fee wouldn’t be needed.
Clearly well out of love with Spurs
We slag off players for wanting to leave in contract and we slag them off for wanting to see their contracts out - Some of the bad vibes in football comes from us fans.
He has spent most of his career wearing our shirt and acted in a professional manner.
Good luck to the guy. I hope he tears up Serie A. Will have fond memories - particularly that absolute rocket against Chelsea!
Such an amazing player - finesse, intelligence, creativity, technique - he has it all. He's gonna be so good for Inter - they are getting an absoltue bargain. It still wouldn't surprise me if he ended up at Juve or Barcelona in a couple of years time - he really is that good.
