As much as I love that chant, there is something abit cringey singing it after Liverpool have claimed it.

I have no issue is nicking chants (as we arnt very good at them) but I feel like they should just be nicked from abroad.
Villa (amongst other clubs) singing that Allez Allez shit makes me wince.

Think it’s a good chant but ye, no one else can have it now.
Allez allez and Si Senor are so repeatedly sung by Liverpool, that it just feels too wrong for us to copy, it's like we have no imagination. Surely we can either find some new inspiration, or otherwise adapt our own songs that we've used for former players? Such as reusing the Eriksen chant, I saw someone suggest a "Stevie B, B, B, he's our number 23", or classics like "My Name is Nicola Berti".

I thought we had signed a 12 year contract with Jack White of the White Stripes which meant we exclusively have to use 7 Nation Army as the base tune for all player songs? Was that ITK incorrect?

His name is Steven Bergwijn,
But Steve'll do just fine
It's quite a tough name to pronounce.
When he walks down the street
All the fans that he meets say
"Oi Steven, what's yer name...?"

Surely the obvious one is "Red red wine"-->"Steve bergwijn". Someone has to be able to come up with a decent one for that surely

Steve Berg-wi-yi-yine,
Goes to the go-oh-oh-ol,
Beats every ta-ha-ckle
Then we go ho-woh-ome.

That's the best I can do.

I advocate for singing his name to the chorus part of Guns n Roses Sweet Child o Mine... oh oh oh oh Steve Bergwijn.....
That's catchy as fuck if you just sing the chorus over & over, no need for any other lyric just sing that on repeat. I think you've cracked it there mate

Did they change it? I know it’s been knocking round the lower leagues for about a year ( MKdons who I watch sing it ).

Any it’s a huge step up from “oh Gio Lo Celso” so I’m all in

Surely we just recycle the Poch song for Lo Celso?
