Which genuinely good enough striker have you seen move clubs for a reasonable fee/ deal this window, a deal you’d be happy with at Spurs for a player who will only ever be second choice?

Name him ?

haaland, im sure he'd be fine being second choice for a couple of seasons and rotating.

Why do we need scouts? What chance do we have s

Haha. Guess.

United have no strikers, really?

You name me who they have on their books, fit, that is any more of a striker than Son, Lucus or Bergwin?

1. Llorente JM said no!
2. Benteke JM said no!
3. Can’t remember his name, but striker playing in Portugal-permit issues
4. Mario Balotelli JM was not against. But don’t trust dealing with Italian clubs after recent experiences. The offer was 6 month loan, covering his wages. If happy, talk in summer. His club started to play games, and we had not even engaged, so backed off
5. Willian Josè was offered as loan with option. Certainly NOT obligation! Hence us going cold
6. KP (Polish striker from Milan). Agreed ALL . Loan with OPTION. Changed last minute to wanting Foyth/Lamela in similar deal.

How on earth we are going to blame DL is beyond me!
Why on earth wouldn't we bring in Willian Jose on loan with an option to buy? Would seem the perfect deal would it not?

JM will have to do some work and ditch his big man up front tactics for something that brings the best out of the players we have. We have enough in the squad to not need some fourth rate striker stuck on our books. But here is hoping we may a last ditch move for Cavani or any really decent player

Plus CB is not as essential if Tanganga continues to improve, Toby gets to his best, Davinson gets to his best and then there is Foyth and Jan also.

Agree though fullbacks DM and backup Striker needed and I'm happy with that to wait til the summer.

lol competition for Kane, fucking laughable.

Yes fucking competition for Kane. If you are a big club then why not? If you are charging the highest ticket prices in the world then why not? What's all this grandeur for? To compete with Wolves / Everton et al?

Go look up what Morata said when Poch asked him if he would be interested.

Seeing that Frank has gone public that he is staying. We were very confident we could conclude a deal for Giroud, up until last night. We spent 3 days talking and agreed all. This morning Frank himself decided he wanted him to stay, due to their failure to bring in another striker. That was not the understanding we had. Chavs were willing. Frank this morning vetoed that happening.

club would of backed JM with obligation on Willian Josè, but he was not confident to do so. Would of stretched us (obligation) but DL would of done it. So with all this in mind, I call it the way I see it. I was pissed off like any supporter would be with out failure striker front. But after getting clear understanding, from my disclosure in past hour, how could I honestly start bashing our club on this? When the club/DL is at fault, I will call it. If I do, BsodL don’t get on my case that I have an agenda.Eze, verbally agreed for summer. We have first option!
