See, this is what annoys be a bit with all the "yeah but was the bloke even Chinese?" comments.
When people from Asia have difficulty differentiating between different countries, how is it actually racist when someone from the west does?
It's like being called racist because you can't tell the difference between folk from different African countries.
Obviously it's a very complicated subject, probably too much so for a debate on a football forum but I honestly think people are too quick to pull out the racist card.
It was an insensitive comment but not racist.

How do the FA have the power to do this?
They now seem to have the right to judge a players off the field actions at ban them accordingly, to my mind this is more sinister than anything Dele has done.
What other things do they have the power to ban players for Away from the pitch? Seen quite a few players parking is disabled spaces for instance, one game ban? Where will it end.

I'd like to go back to 1939, the year I was born and start my life all over again and put right the things I could have done better.
A possibility Dele maybe suspended.
Daily Fail.
The Football Association are investigating Dele Alli’s controversial video he posted on social media mocking a man over the Coronavirus outbreak, which leaves the Tottenham man facing a suspension.
The Spurs player has issued an apology for the inappropriate video but could now be punished after the FA opened an investigation in view of a potential disrepute charge.
Disciplinary chiefs have now written to Alli to seek his observations on the post.
That seems a little over the top to me. But there you go.
