This is so unappealing sense of "humour". I don't mind you posting it here once it's out there anyway, but to whoever initially made it, this is as flat and "tone deaf" of a joke as they come.

Even then he will fail, spend over 400M at United only to get schooled by Conte & Pep
Enough to win the leagueHow much did City spend over the same period?
The difference with us though is maybe that Levy is too hands-on and reluctant to cede control anymore. He’s been on the throne a long time and doesn’t seem to delegate well these days.
Levy is a businessman not a football man, he has far too much influence over which players we sign and sell. Sure he will need to negotiate the breakdown of the financials Of deals but he takes too long doing this and puts people’s noses out of joint and has too much influence over which players we sign and don’t sign, I genuinely think from hearing many of his interviews and other players and managers comments that he thinks he knows about football it’s hilarious he’s clueless on the football side.I think you mean business people making business decisions, the football part is secondary to the multi national entertainment group.
Talking about arsenals fans. All I hear from goons is haha we are above you when it’s out worse season ever. What about our season? Twats!

"Pochetinno said at the end of July that the club ought to change his job title back to coach from manager as he was in the dark over transfer activity? “I am not in charge and I know nothing about the situation of my players,” Pochettino said. “Sell, buy players; sign contract, not sign contract – it is not in my hands. It is in the club’s hands and Daniel Levy’s hands.”"
Levy has been our chairman for what 18/19 years? I doubt he knows 'nothing'. You stick anyone in any job for that long and they will get a pretty good knowledge of all aspects of the role even if they have no interest in it to begin with. The fact he has been a spurs fan all his life means he must have some knowledge of football. It's not like he's just a businessman who only took an interest for his own vanity.
All clubs pretty much have similar structures these days with CEO/chairmans, transfer committees, scouting departments etc... I think fans are just focusing too much on Levy currently because we're going through a blip. Fact is this a blip was always coming at some point. All top 6 clubs have had one over the last few seasons when rebuilding squads.
This is nonsense

haha true that was a bullet dodged. There is the occasional upside though. Saved us a shedload of cash on Saido Berahino though butting heads with Jeremy Peace.
I mean, of course most teams have transfer committees or a DOF or some kind of multilayered decision making process. But I don’t remember too many PL managers making a point to say they’re not in control of or involved in transfers. We’ve now had two consecutive managers make a point to say that publicly, in the space of a year. That’s what’s not normal.
Could you elaborate, maybe?
Do you think Levy really knows nothing about football?
Do you think that Spurs’ transfer committee structure is so radically different from the way that most other clubs are set up to decide on transfers?
Do you disagree that a number of other top clubs have suffered blips over the past 5-10 years?
The irony of this lot in here complaining that Levy doesn’t understand football.
