For those that have already renewed, do you know how the option to defer to the following season works?
Are they allowing anyone to defer if you have any concerns about your health for next season, and all you have to do is choose this option?
My email says it connects to an online form.I think in the renewal email it says they will send you a form to complete, don’t know when

I think the expectation is very much that fans will be back in September at reduced capacity, and that's what most of the discussion will be around right now, but a contingency measure would certainly be good - especially if said reduced capacity isn't enough to get in all ST holders who wish to attend.I hope they're discussing behind the scenes what will happen if we return behind closed doors and the broadcasters revert to the standard packages. You would hope they're looking at ways of giving ST holders an option to watch all games.
Now just waiting to see if they can move the four of us to somewhere else in the south stand. I cant face another season with the twats that sit behind us. They make the match thread seem like a place of rational pice and quite without a moan in sight.
Parts are good, with the south-east corner probably being best, but it's extremely variable to say the least and the standing section hasn't worked at all in generating noise.I'm trying to move to the south stand as the atmosphere is dead where I am. What's the vibe like generally? From where I sit, the south stand looks grear
In my view, the sentence in bold is unacceptably vague and ambiguous. I emailed the club last week, asking WTF this means and whom it is supposed to include. I have had three acknowledgements that they are dealing with my email, but no substantive answer yet.You are still required to pay the 20% deposit to reserve your seat for the following season (see wording from the website below). I didn't go any further with the renewal, so I don't know if you need to provide medical evidence to support your request (I am currently shielding). At the moment, I'm minded to give up my season ticket.
If COVID-19 related medical circumstances prevent certain fans from attending, they may make the initial payment 20 per cent and apply to have their seat reserved for the following season.
I'm guessing an automated reply as it's talking about an email you 'will receive' 2 days ago?Re season ticket renewal , asked the following question at 4:04 PM today
"When will the guidance on those supporters who do not have a mobile device be issued so that I can decide on whether to renew my season ticket. I am retired so have absolutely no need to own a mobile device as I have a perfectly good BT landline that I can make phone calls from if I need to. I do not quite understand how using the stadium access card is a health risk, everyday millions of people go into shops and use their debit/credit cards for payment either contactless or by pin so how is using the stadium card a problem? "
Got the following answer at 4:06 PM
Thank you for your email,
Full details about our digital ticketing operation will be provided in due course. This will include guidance for supporters who do not own a suitable device. In the meantime, please ensure that you renew your Season Ticket as detailed within the email you will receive on Monday 13 July.
Kind Regards

Didn't answer the actual question directly but a very quick response , automated reply or very quick customer service.
That's what I thought, think they are ready for all the questions . I find this mobile device thing a little bit ridiculous , I do have a smartphone which I could put a sim card in and use but it's 6 years old and it cannot download the Spurs App as it's not compatible , it's total madness, I can run BBC iPlayer , BT sport, Sky Go on this outdated smartphone but not the Spurs App , like I said total madness.I'm guessing an automated reply as it's talking about an email you 'will receive' 2 days ago?
