or RM negotiate a deal to pay up his contract or a large percentage of it to let him go on a free. We will negotiate a big signing on fee with reduced wages. RM can't afford to keep him on that salary.

I used to work for FedEx there on the 3am shift, if I was still there you can bet I'd be out airside watching the planes coming in from Spain when my shift finished in the am.

You’re kidding me? I’ve had Flightradar24 up all bloody day looking for his plane out of Madrid (you know the one, call sign of GBCH).....ended up following a pair of spitfires for an hour over Cambridge.
Probably the most unproductive day I’ve had in six months.l and that’s saying something.
