I got to interview him for the school magazine when I was 15... he was one of our famous old boys, along with Jimmy Sangster, who he made the Hammer Werewolf movie with. He was one intimidating bloke.

lol can't believe the youths don't know who Oliver Reed is (Bill Sykes in Oliver....) I was a kid in the eighties and we had to put up with the 6pm film on bbc 2 being Laurel and hardy, Will Hay, George Formby films, one football game a week on telly, they don't know how lucky they are to be sitting here all day with sky sports news on repeating the same thing over and over and over.........
