A little bit but also Dele and Winks not good enough and Sanchez is off it and Davies is not a CB.He’ll have learned a lot tonight, or at least confirmed what he suspected. The club mentality is still lacking

I think because those he brought on have delivered in the past. Kane, Son, Lamela, Lucas and PEH have all put in good performances this season. Vini had one good game and I don't think he pulled him off for performance, I think that was purely tactical. But Dele and Bergwijn in particular have shown nothing this season.Who is he referring to given that all the first team players that were subbed on failed to do anything really meaningful?
I thought the whole squad sucked.
Yes but it seemed the team as a whole thought all they had to do was turn up. After 11 games unbeaten we were soft tonightA little bit but also Dele and Winks not good enough and Sanchez is off it and Davies is not a CB.
That sounds to me like a man who now knows who he can trust to deliver and who he can't.
That's not an unrealistic possibility. Skippy's been doing well for Norwich by all accounts, so bring him back and give him the responsibility. If the second string can't up their game when called upon, there's nothing to lose in getting one of loanees back to have a stab.Unfortunately, he can't call on Gedson to try and mold him into a functional CM and he'll probably not call on Harvey White to replace Winks. So he has to wait until January to look to make some changes. I would recall Skipp if Jose feels he's ready to challenge.
He is one angry man.
We had ITK that Jose wanted Winks to add assists and goals to his game.I think Lo Celso is still not fully fit. Hence the reason to get him off.
Winks is more about giving him the opportunity with having Hojbjerg beside him, and the stronger players in front of him. But I think Mourinho's patience will start to wear thin with him though. Surely he can see Winks' deficiencies.
Conclusions:
- Our squad depth might be good on paper but perhaps isn't as brilliant as we all thought.
True.Who is he referring to given that all the first team players that were subbed on failed to do anything really meaningful?

As for Gedson, my guess is that he's just completely outside of consideration now. Not being named in the EL squad and I can't even remember when he was last in a PL squad. Wasn't there some hoo-ha about Gedson having a ding-dong with someone at Benfica and that's why they shifted him out on loan? Could it be an attitude issue?
Interesting, he seems to be using social media more and more to communicate with the players.
Is this a good idea?
Sorry sonny, could you speak up a little? My hearing isn't what it was, y'know.Maybe he’s trying to get down to their level? That seems to be the way young people communicate these days ( I‘m aware this makes me seem like an old git ).
We need to sort out our CB and we need a good cover or better for PEH.
His half time substitutions are very hit and miss.
I think the Vinicius and Lo Celso substitutions require justification from him. They made no sense at the time and they still don’t. It looks like he’s singled out two of our better performers in the first half and let the likes of Winks, Davies and Reguilon off who were all unacceptably poor.
You can add Bale to that too.His half time substitutions are very hit and miss.
