BBC :

"Oliver Camp: As a Spurs fan, this hasn't done much to allay my fears. A dubious penalty and some poor goalkeeping were the luck we needed. Literally one moment of quality for the second goal. Otherwise, we've been outplayed. Many players simply poor."

Goodness Oliver....

Absolute thunder****.

Sure I’ve told it before but once on a lads holiday to Lisbon for the Euros we bumped into journo Martin Lipton’s stag do outside a bar in old town, Lipton was spangled and lovely, as were most of his entourage, Steve Curry, Alan Smith, Jeff Powell, etc. Had a bit of a natter, nothing too intrusive.

All except for Oliver Holt, who basically after standing off looking miffed for a bit said, “Alright, you’ve had your fun, piss off please”.

A good game and good start to the new year. I think overall every starting player deserves a praise

Not according to Dechamps
Speaking at a press conference on Thursday, Deschamps confirmed that Pogba “had a test yesterday which [returned] positive this morning”, and also confirmed Ndombele’s absence for the same reason.

Sod's law I should miss a 3-0 drubbing in the one game I wasn't able to watch this Christmas. Good result.

Mourinho could have used his subs earlier to keep the team fresh but he got everything right today.
Leeds play some decent stuff going forward but they cannot defend at all and they are very vulnerable against pressure high on the pitch. They gave the ball away countless times in their own half in the first 60 minutes of the game.
When our plan fizzled with fatigue, it was already 3-0 and all but over.
The defense was very solid after te first 20 minutes. Tremendous work by Højbjerg and Winks to anchor the midfield.
Overall I thought that what we saw today must be close to what Mourinho is trying to do with this team. For once I actually enjoyed our football.
Oh, and Leeds should have had at least five players sent off because of their hairstyles.

I’m watching the highlights and sons finish is so good, ball bounces just in front of him and he guides it perfectly with his big toe while under pressure, not an easy finish at all.

No mention of Ndombele.

Deschamps told a press conference: “I’ve completed at the very last minute a change in the list, because Paul Pogba, who was previously on the list, unfortunately for him he carried out a test yesterday which was returned as positive this morning.

“So at the last moment he had to be replaced by Eduardo Camavinga.”

That's an agenda, if he can't see the difference between that performance and the previous games.

Needs to give credit where credit is due and this was a game where our game plan worked, we created numerous chances and continued to attack after we took the lead.

So much better, but so frustrating when you get those who can't give any credit when it's due, but will lap up negatives.

i did think Leeds were unlucky to lose 3 - 0 they gave it a good go but they were so sloppy at times. Need to mix up their game a bit

Jose's been buying Sergio pork again. Is this normal? First a ham, now a piglet. Should we be concerned?

The commentary in the highlights said the ref confirmed the third goal with his vibrator. If he got that from West Ham, does that count as a bung?

Lloris didnt make one save of note, and zero saves second half

Yeah like I said it was a good performance. Leeds were utterly toothless and found themselves in a number of dangerous positions in the first half. We were fortunate that they didn’t take them, but ultimately a fully deserved win.
