Can’t see us getting rid until the end of the season as I guess we can pay him off at a reduced rate if he doesn’t get champions league next season, which he clearly won’t

Problem for me is there is no improvement in performance at all. We look bereft if any ideas and have no clue what our game plan is. If you have one of the supposed best managers ever you would think there would be some inkling of a plan.

I love Ledley, always have done - he’s my footballing hero, but I don’t think this is the right time or situation for him. He doesn’t have the experience and I’d hate to see him fail.
But could he do any worse than we saw in the first half? Reckon Chirpy is in with a shout.

To be fair, 2 games doesn't equate to always, does it? Historically when Kanes been out for long periods Sonny has more often than not stepped up to the plate.

To be fair, last time Kane was injured Son got injured against Aston Villa. Doesn't gleam much info.

Feel like he has lost the dressing room, please sack him Levy, don't hold on cos we are in a second rate cup final, we cant sell our soul for a carabao cup, I would love to win any trophy as much as the next guy, but if it comes at the cost of the soul, the identity of the club then no. To dare is to do has never seemed so far apart from our style

Well, the players showed first half he’s lost the dressing room. They’ve done for him what they did for Poch.

But as much as it’s their fault it. Is Mourinho’s too. The football is awful to watch.

I really thought he would be the one to win us a few pots but it seems we have broken one of the most successful managers ever. Only THFC could do that.
Completely agree. I knew what we were getting with Jose, to a point. But I honestly didn’t think it would happen this quickly. I’m genuinely gutted!

I don't think he will be management material at all. Possibly a good coach but he's too quiet and introverted IMO

I want him gone but I have absolutely no idea who comes in. It's very, very concerning.
I honestly feel that there is a team in there that can actually play and cause problems for teams. We're def not getting the most out of them under Jose. It's rigid, unnecessarily too defensive, we invite pressure, we don't press the ball, we sit far too deep, we're totally negative, are one dimensional & generally looking shot and devoid of any confidence going forward. There is an abundance of managers that can get more out of this team than JM.

Says we played better in the 2nd half and noted that Kane's absence is the reason we're not scoring goals
Is he really wrong though about Kane?!?

Harry Kane has literally been directly involved in 23 of our 34 Premier League goals..

We’ve scored 1 in 3 without him on the pitch.

Hahaha - I don’t disagree, but in my opinion it would be very unfair to throw Ledders in to pick up the pieces as we need an experienced head to turn this mess around.

An absolutely clueless and cowardly performance once again. We are lucky this is an average Chelsea team. They still beat us at a canter at our ground.

Just sack him now before he can do too much damage and there is still stuff to play for.

He'll try and be positive about the second half but it was still poor really.

The fucking people saying its the squad not the manager and that the squad needs an overhaul are the same people 16 months ago who were mocking some of us for saying that exact fucking thing as apparently we were obsessed with the previous manager.

its not though, Levy won't want to pay what he has left on the contract and fear of losing Son/Kane because what manager is available right now and wants to take on this shit show. I know it will work itself out and we will have to tear down and rebuild but we don't have the money for a massive rebuild without selling Son or Kane.... As you can tell I'm totally not losing it right now.....
Dont be silly, there is plenty of Managers that would take this job. You've got close to 200m worth of talent upfront.

But after listening to Levy on the Amazon Documentary I have no faith he'll find another Poch. The bloke hasnt got a clue, and basically got lucky with Poch.
