I’m calling it now... we will finish above Liverpool and we will make the top 4. Although the result is bad I really feel things are turning for the better.

I admire your optimism but what gives you that idea? If anything, if we do manage to finish above Liverpool, it will likely be still outside the top 4 because on current form i can't see them finishing in there either.

Whilst I’m on board with that, who the fuck is going to get it out of these players. They haven’t performed for 2 years consistently.
The ultimate man manager. Harry Redknapp. Just til the end of the season. He'll work wonders with this squad for a few months. Right now not one of our players are playing to their full potential. We need a man manager right now who's gonna bring the club together and not someone who's gonna divide like Jose has been doing.

I know Sanchez will get hammered for that fuck up but apart from that he had a good match.
No, he didn't. If as a defender you give a completely preventable goal away you have not had a good match period. Concentration and consistency is the most important thing in the position.

As far as I'm concerned, now this game is out the way, the season starts now and we need to be battling for top4.

Good to see a promising Bale cameo, we need to have a fixed defence, accept they all have individual mistakes in them but we need to pick a back 4 for the league and stick with it, personally I'd include Rodon and Tanganga and build to the future.
