That pass to Kane on the break, how often do we saw the wrong decision made in those situations. Was delicious.

Enjoyed his performance in the end today but what I liked is that I felt he started to have an overall positive impact on the side, instead of just a few 'moments'.

Can actually say I'd happily see him start on Wednesday which I didn't think I would be saying.

Very good game today. Strong on the ball, made good decisions and dropped deep when needed. Good to see his swagger back and a smile on his face.

There’s a lot going on in there isn’t there?

Something isn’t right with him.

Disagrees because I’m concerned about him. Some of you are weird.

How hard do you try at work when your boss is a prick and keeps telling you you're shit?
Dele has been here long enough for everyone to know what he can do. Jose picked him out from day 1, as he has some ball player at every club in recent years.
I imagine Dele did say fk it and stop trying as there was no point, he wasnt gonna get in no matter what he did imo.

That argument doesn't work for several reasons, chiefly among them the fact that there were questions about his attitude/work rate before Mourinho was even here.

Yeah, i was thinking the same but you can never read too much into it. I'm not sure if he has been struggling with his mental health and/or had his confidence decimated. Think it'll be a long road before he's back to his fully confident best but we're seeing glimmers and today he was great.

There's no way I sell him and I know stuff has gone on behind the scenes that I'm not privy to.

He seems a lot more relaxed here. Maybe he just has a mistrust of reports and what they are going to ask him.

Yeah I think he's fine in that interview to be honest, he's always been a little bit more muted in interviews, similar to Eriksen who often came across as miserable :D

not sure what you mean. I saw a mature interview where he answered her questions. A brief moment of frustration when she reminded him how crappy its been for him but I wouldnt read anything more into it.

Another decent performance, outstanding, nope, but hopefully this new found inclusion into the starting line-up will be just the tonic to see a motivated and rejuvenated Alli return fit and firing next season.

Even if we accept that's the case, how is that relevent? Your comment earlier was suggesting deles attitude was only poor as a result of his treatment by Mourinho but it's been something fans have been complaining about since long before Jose came along. Whether or not other players were also underperforming is irrelevant.

Dunno about that. One of those things where you can read into it if you're looking for things but at the same time could be fairly innocent. Most of what he said was the usual generic answers you get from most players and the couple of things that could be taken as having a hidden meaning are arguably just coincidence/poor turn of phrase etc

The interviewer was asking some fairly loaded questions trying to set him up as well to be fair

Seemed a fairly normal interview where he tried to be positive and not say anything too controversial. Not sure how it’s a discussion piece.

Good luck showboating, and giving the ball away cheaply against a half-decent team.

Pathetic that THFC has become a rehab facility for his "confidence".
