We've long needed an official song for this thread and I think i've found it.

That would be bloody marvellous. I’m sure he’ll be sought after, so who knows how likely it is to go through (I have my doubts) but that’s exactly the kind of player we should be after

I know next to nothing about him other than he is way quicker than me.
BUT, I am so far a little reassured that Paratici seems to be exploring numerous deals and is not easing himself in gently

At the moment, it seems that we are not focusing on Jorge Mendes clients either which is a relief.

Had a break out season in the German league I believe as did the Japanese kid in Italy. I guess that's a good place to shop, the big money is likely to wait a year or two to be sure so an element of risk I suppose but a good move nevertheless.

Firstly, thank you to the mods for the new thread.

Hopefully asking a question about ITKs in the ITK thread is the right thing to do.

I obviously have no idea about when/why/how the guys who run the site decide to give the ITK guys a blue background.

But hasn't @Hotspur88 provided more than enough (pretty damn good) info throughout this summer to be given one?

We know there's many members who skim through threads, specifically looking for the blue backgrounds.

So wouldn't giving him one stop the many "what did H88 say? I must've missed it" questions?

This.

Spurs finally seem to be targetting those players that in a year or two might have been making big moves to the elite clubs and we therefore need to speculate somewhat and try to get them before that happens. If they excel and we don't then they move on regardless but hopefully we make a few signings like this, get it right and they help to propel us to bigger and better things.

I don't know anything about either player but both sound very promising.

Tall, fast, powerful. Has a Van Dijk feel about him. I say this could be signing of the summer if we pull this off.

Isn't it a nice change where we seem to really be talking to multiple targets at the same time instead of being given the runaround by the main target and then have to rush through someone/anyone to fill a place.
Also the added bomus of non of the mentioned players are Jorge Mendes clients - WIN WIN

Will be an exciting signing if we get him. Nice to see we’re pursuing a player who is both quality and would rectify some of the issues with our defence… as in he fits the traits we need as opposed to going after square pegs in round holes.
