It's nothing to do with whether they think he's leaving or them think he's not. It's whether they think folks still care. And part of insuring they still care is not letting it drop for a few days. They seem like a dog with a bone, for sure, but it's more about creating/maintaining the saga as it is about the 'transfer', itself. There's easy content to sell here.Yeah but it's all day every day. Nothing has changed. We aren't selling him, or at least not for below £200m. And yet they keep peddling it ...
I can only speculate but that's what I suspect, the sick fuck. Were these puppies Dalmatians? And was he going to make them into a coat?
While I'd say he's easily odds on to leave next year, I still think there's a small chance he ends up staying long term.Regardless of how things have been handled I'm glad we're not only digging our heels in but showing intent with transfers. Hopefully Kane will be satisfied that we have ambition to go on and win things. He shouldn't be in a rush to leave at his age.
Teddy is the reason I support Spurs. No one in my immediate or extended family supported Spurs and at the age of 4 I was asked who I was going to support. I asked who Teddy played for and my family told me he had just signed for Tottenham from Nottingham Forest. We had family friends who were Spurs fans who took me to watch us at home against Middlesbrough where he scored in a 2-2 draw. From that moment I fell in love with Tottenham. My parents weren't best pleased as it cost them a fortune every other week to send me down to watch us ?.
To sum it all up, Teddy isn't a Spurs legend on the face of it but he's a legend to me and the reason I support this wonderful club!

Agree.
Hoddle and Gazza are what originally drew me to Spurs, but I remember modelling my game after Teddy's. Such an intelligent all round centre forward.
Love this story mate. Teddy was a beautiful player and Spurs icon on and off during the 90’s. Was right to move on when he did but great that he came back.Teddy is the reason I support Spurs. The way their arms form an X in this picture on Harry’s IG indicates they’re both on their way out. Talk about hidden messages

Reports Grealish is at advanced stage to City
He is. Although it's been that way for weeks. Not that anyone would believe City would take ages to sign a player. That only happens at Spurs.Reports Grealish is at advanced stage to City

Seems so unlike a Pep player...
It must mean the likelihood of them signing HK slightly diminishes if they do. You’d be looking at £250m on 2 players. I know they’ve got the money, especially if they sell but even so, that would be a staggering outlay.
Hasn’t it been suspended this year due to Covid? Now is the time to do it if so.If they can spend 250 mill without getting money on sales FFP is a joke........
