Even if Nuno thought the diamond was the right way to go, even if he thought that diamond should consist of Winks Hojberg and Skipp, the fact that at half time he could not see that it wasn't working is seriously unbelievable. I literally cannot believe he made zero changes.

Palace were better than us when it was 11v11. This has been an absolute disaster of a performance, my confidence in Nuno is at rock bottom after this and the Watford game.

Arsenal will beat us to go level on 9 points in 2 games time. A lot of people laughing at them but we're just as bad. Ref was terrible but this was an awful performance

The failure to get the second CB in the window might be a bit telling, when we have to use Davies as a makeshift CB.

Nuno - watch that game back and take a good look at yourself and your tactics and ask yourself why you failed to make changes when the tide started to turn in the last 15 mins of the first half and immediately from the get go in the second half.
We were inviting more pressure and the conceding of a goal and/or a sending off was a long time coming. So ask yourself again, why did you wait till we went down to 10 to change things. We could all see it coming, why couldn't you ?

Think way we set up 0-0 was best we could have hoped for. Zero service, defensive mindset and we were into trouble with 1 centre back down, never mind 2.

Holy shit he’s actually not gonna make another sub. I know it’s super over reactive but I wouldn’t care if you sacked him after this game. Any manager who does something like this clearly doesn’t get it and won’t be taking us anywhere.

On the manager today sadly. If you see the team playing that badly for a half you change it at half time. Tanganga getting red was enforced through repeatedly allowing them on to us. If we can't out play Crystal Palace we have big midfield problems.

Safe and pragmatic team selection today, against a team we should be putting away, set us off in the wrong frame of mind.

No in game changes, especially at half-time, just meant more of the same in the second half.

The implosion after that was not inevitable, but was definitely more likely.

Nuno, must do better.
Definitely. He's got a big challenge to turn this group into winners.
