Either:
1. Go back to Conte and grovel and give him whatever he wants, show some bloody ambition by actually hiring a current world class manager, not one who was good 10 years ago like Jose and not one who is just Jose lite like Nuno but an actual fucking top5 in the world manager in Conte.

IF NOT, THEN GET ONE OF THESE GUYS AND BACK THEM WITH A PLAYERS WHO CAN ADAPT TO THEIR GOOD STYLE OF FOOTBALL:

2. Potter
3. Ten Haag
4. Fonseca
5. Parker

one of those 5 options must surely be doable.

As much as I love Poch for giving us some good seasons, I just felt it was all a bit stale at the end. I just wonder whether he had the ability to do a rebuild or whether we were fortunate to get a young group of players all gelling at the same time.

The doable one is Fonseca. The others, in my opinion, are very difficult. The host clubs will be wanting hefty renumeration and we'll have to convince them that this is the ship for them to sail without telling them about the leaks in the hull.

I absolutely cannot wait to see the communication shit Levy spins, in both the sacking aspect & the new appointment.

If it’s not someone who plays attacking football, riots will be at the ready.
Haha - I reckon Nuno was sacked earlier this afternoon but they’ve been working on the press release ever since. Conjuring up ideas to try to deceive the fans and save face. Absolute clowns

We aren’t getting Conte ffs. I just hope it’s a manger on the up like potter or ten hag rather than an easy choice like fonseca (who’ll be shit) because he’s out of a job.
We all know how this will end don't we

It needs to be an appointment with a long term vision involving rebuilding the squad, the window of opportunity to compete at the top has gone so an appointment like Conte without big cash investment (not going to happen) makes little sense. We need rebuilding not a sprinkle of magic

Michael Bridge (sky journo) said on a podcast just now that the Conte reports coming out of Italy this morning were utter nonsense and there’s no chance of him coming now.

We’ve been rebuilding since Poch was in his last 6 months. I can’t endure it much longer ?

Yesterday proved that there is another way.

The loud audible Levy out chants clearly rattler him . If he fucks about this time and doesn't show some ambition then fans might finally start to get organised.

Stop going, stop buying drinks ta the ground, stop buying merch, chant louder, disrupt concerts and nfl.

We all feel hopeless and rely on him doing the right thing but actually if the people stand up he's in a bit of shit.

If we can’t hire Conte can we just hire his wig instead? Give it to Mason to wear on the touch line.

I know Potter has his fans and has done a good job at Brighton but I just can't see him being someone who will attract big name players, or convince Kane/Son to stay....
Given Kane and Son’s contracts, I don’t think we need to worry about convincing either to stay. They’re not going anywhere without our say so.

Not interested in attracting big names. Am interested in bringing in the right names and they will come if they believe in the project, and the style of football. I’m sure there was some story about some of our players being very impressed by Brighton during the summer but maybe Winksy was just eyeing a trip to the coast.

Conte is just what the club need from the boardroom to the dressing room.

In terms of personality and fixing the mess we find ourselves in, definitely agree. Problem is as soon as he gets a whiff that he isn't being backed both in terms of incomings and outcomings, that's pretty much the end of it and he'll be wanting out.

I could imagine him wanting to weed those out who either lack the ability and/or attitude fairly quickly and if they are still hanging about while Levy waits for his price to be met which in turns holds up any incomings he'd want (they'd probably too expensive anyway which is another issue), it spells trouble. In our current situation, I could see him wanting shot of quite a few of this squad for one reason or another so feels like we'd run into issues between him and Levy pretty early on.

Personally think the Conte ship has sailed anyway and he'll have his eyes on a bigger role.

You can cross off the first three
