Common sense
First thing that springs to mind is Poch. Levy wanted him in the summer but was stymied by Leonardo. Now Poch is cutting an unpopular figure at PSG and is more attainable. Levy gets a manager who fits the criteria laid out in the summer, simultaneously a big name and one to build a project around, and placates the fans.

There would have been more murmurings in the French media if we were going for him.

It's been a matter of hours since the news broke that the board was meeting to discuss sacking Nuno. Let's see what tomorrow brings. I was purely riffing off of "common sense," to me Poch is the most obvious candidate that Levy would want. I'm not even saying he's my first choice, just the first manager Levy would look to IMO.

Poch's time will come but not yet. Not as long as Levy is around anyways.

Ah Martinez, completely forgot about him. Could actually see Levy pushing for him.

Will end up with Martinez ?
Its the same thing again. A door manager that plays passive, dour football. It will never work at Spurs. Levy knows this. It worked before, with the fans, because expectations were lower. Having tasted the glorious cracking that is good football and success, we are dying to get back on the pipe again!

Nuno/jose/martinez are just cheap weed thar makes you want to sleep.

Common sense is for the stunted git to play football hipster and get Gallardo in.

No one to pay off so Levy can keep his tight arse wallet in his padlocked underpants..
no one can complain about the appointment if it goes wrong given everybody includign Pep the messiah love Gallardo… ,
and he’ll get two seasons to turn us into a decent attacking outfit. by which time Enic can sell to some murdering sheikh, Joe Lewis will be happy
