Jason burt has an unhealthy obsession with harry kane. Just ignore him.
"We tried".....That phrase will be etched in gold on Levy's tombstone
Either way, I hope the decision is made in May rather than August.I suspect we either begin next season with both Kane and Conte, or neither of them.

UrghI'd like to see him go now. Not because he's past his best, he's the best player we have, but because he is world class and deserves better. We've (Levy) have let him down and for him to finish his career with no trophies to show would be a travesty.
We've (Levy) have fked this squad and it's gonna be a good few years before we get back on track IF it happens at all.
Kane deserves better. He's given us his best years.
Like to see him at Man City as that club means nothing to me. Anyone else in PL I think I'd throw up.
Very happy for youUrgh
If he doesn't win trophies with us I couldn't give a fuck if he ends his career with nothing.
He probably gets afforded latitude for a downturn in form due to his consistency over many seasons. It's also clear our midfield has not been up to scratch and that's hurting all our forwards. This season he has been reasonably prolific in cups but his Premier League form so far is inadequate: 21 games, 5 goals 2 assists. He's looked better since Conte arrived, but the way people seem to blame everyone else but him for our poor form leaves me confused. He has had quite a few chances recently which he hasn't taken. If his name was Harry Jones there might be a clamour for a better option, but whenever signing strikers is mentioned, it's always to play alongside him or as back up, but never to compete. I accept the idea to be careful what you wish for, and I know that when he drops deep he often can provide sublime passes, but when he is on the edge of the penalty area he too often demands the ball to feet and then gets crowded out. Perhaps if he was injured for a couple of weeks we might find out how the rest of the team gets on without him, as we did in the first three games of the season when we got 9 points.
However if we win tomorrow and he is the difference no one will be happier than me.
I'll just say it... I think he's past his prime and should go. There we go. Only my opinion of course.
I think his future at Tottenham will be linked to whether Conte stays or not, personally I think both will leave in the summer
If he doesnt sign - Barcodes beckon
