You lose me here as it relates to Romero. If anything, the bigger concern seems to be him being too rash in stepping out for the early tackle when oppo has the ball and risking a yellow especially early in the game then having to be too timid in later riskier build-up. I've generally seen Romero's full length runs in attack be timed well in games where the hole he leaves is less risky.half-hearted effort.
Gonna smash them. Bunch of fairies.
You'd expect Arsenal to be up for it following the humiliation of the last NLD. Despite them playing some pretty good football this season I still think they have a pussy mentality. As long we do our job I reckon we will sneak past them or get a draw.
Even if Romero is unavailable after internationals and we have to rely on Sanchez, I am confident he won't make the same sort of mistakes as he did against Leicester. My worry is their press against out 3 CBs, if it was up to me I'd throw in an extra midfielder to help alleviate some of that pressure they'll face on the ball.
Where does this confidence come from exactly? Sanchez has ALWAYS had those types of mistakes in him. Hes been here for 5 years now and he hasnt seemingly learned from any of his past cock ups so not sure he has the capability of learning from his latest one.
How many minutes did we go when Sanchez played without conceding a goal ? Over 600 I believe.Where does this confidence come from exactly? Sanchez has ALWAYS had those types of mistakes in him. Fully expect the 3-4-3 this game. Would be very surprised if we switched.
The key positions for me are the 2 wing backs and the right forward spot.
I think it's vitally important we play Kulusevski as Arsenal are good on the ball and we can't afford to keep turning it over like we have recently. Kulu is a more reliable outlet than Rich on the right and better at bringing others in to play.
I also think this is a game for Royal on the right. He's our best defensive RWB and we'll need him to deal with Martinelli.
LWB is the trickiest one - Perisic is better on the ball and better going forward, but Sess is better defensively against tricky players like Saka. I don't really mind who we pick in this role, but whoever it is will need to have a good game.

And you can’t tell me that Dier doesn’t have mistakes in him. As do Sessegnon and Perisic. Yet Sanchez is always singled out.
I don't think there's a huge amount in it, but Sess has played great in previous games against top teams. Had the better of Salah and never looked out of place in those big matches. Not quite sure Sessegnon is a better defender than perisic. Sess was not at the races against Leicester, is normally a bit better when we sit deeper as he doesn’t get caught out of position as much but if I was picking one to rely upon it would definitely be perisic.

I mean I suspect he'll get picked ahead of Sess for the reasons you say, and I'd be fine with that too.Sure, but perisic has played in World Cup finals, champions league finals and milan derbies. This is the biggest game of all (for us), it’s a place we often go and look shell shocked and we need someone who can cope with that level of pressure, if you’re asking who has the experience and internal belief to cope, it’s perisic all day long.
Dier definitely does but he’s somewhat protected from a lot of defensive work with the two outside him. That stat is just quirk that happens in football sometimes. Like not winning for 14 games or whatever it was with Bale in the team. Alot of variables in football . He’s been here for what 5/6 years I’m sure there’s periods where we’ve conceded more on average when he’s in the team during that time.
For me anyway it just comes down looking a more nervous team in and out of possession with Sanchez playing. He creates momentum for the other team.
