Also worth noting they brought in Luis Campos this summer at PSG to advise their transfer business. He very famously buys players for cheap to sell on for big profits.
Could be a sign QSI want to minimize their spending at PSG and use those funds elsewhere
Who knows, PSG are a big fish in a small pond. They are the sole team in a world renowned city, a very strong CL team and have some of the biggest names in the world playing for them. I did see that the Parc de Prances won't be sold to them, as is city owned...whether that could be a factor if they were thinking of starting to dilute their ownership!?
